House was in a great neighborhood, comfortable and safe. It was a quick Uber ride to the city. The stairs up were a workout but doable. Cozy place and comfortable beds.

This property was perfect for our group of four adults. The space is ample with two bathrooms! Decor is unique and modern with almost everything you can think of that you would need. The small porch deck and the roof deck are great for the sunny opportunities. We walked everywhere except to Cambridge where we walked to the T station, very convenient. The neighborhood - all the way into City Center was clean and we felt very comfortable walking, sidewalks and parks along the way. We had a great visit.

We had an amazing time in Boston. The apartment was perfect for our family with 2 teenagers. Gary the host was extremely responsive and helpful. Communication was easy.

Gary was very responsive to questions we had. The owner has more personal items throughout the condo then I’ve seen in other VRBO places but it wasn’t an issue for us. The neighborhood is nice and convenient to food market, restaurants and shops. A short Uber ride to downtown. Best for adults.

We had a great stay in Boston! The condo had everything we needed and there rooftop was our favorite place to start the day and end the night.

Very clean property in a great location. Quiet neighborhood especially considering how close you are to the city. Driving: Only a few minutes from the airport and central Boston. Walking: plenty of places to shop, eat, and drink within a few minutes. The weather was perfect while I was here so the rooftop deck worked out real nicely. Also having a dedicated parking space while we were here was awesome. Gary has done a great job with the place and I'm definitely planning to come back with my wife.

Gary’s place was perfect for a weekend getaway to Boston. The area was quite at night which is nice and a change from some of the other loud south Boston rentals! It was a quick walk to the seaport and an Uber away from Fenway! My group really enjoyed using his roof top deck. You can tell the apartment is lived in as Gary has many interesting art pieces around the place! I would definitely recommend for a small group to stay here for a weekend in Boston!

Gary was great and communicated well and often. We had some issues with flights and arrived later than expected but Gary’s directions helped us get there with no issues. The area was nice with plenty of local dining options and Gary’s recommendations were spot on.

The location is very close to most anything you would want to do in Boston. We used Lyft for the most part and the average charge was approximately $12.00 for four people. We would meet a majority of our rides for excursions at the Westin Seaport also very convenient. The unit itself was very comfortable , beds were nice as well as a kitchen that as everything you need . The lack of Wi-Fi might bother some but it didn't bother us. No cable TV but we used Netflix and Amazon Prime, keeping in mind that there wasn't a whole lot of TV watching. The unit is on the third floor so 50 lb suitcases were a little bit of fun. If I had one complaint is that the grill on the outside needs to have the grill replaced not able to use. Gary the owner was extremely responsive. There is a decent grocery store a s well as Al's liquor store a couple of blocks away. Plenty of bars with some fairly good eats I recommend Shennanigans , we had several good dishes their. I highly recommend a stay here.

Location was good, easy walking neighborhood. Has 1 bed and two pullouts which worked fine for us. We couldn’t get the TV to work which was a little frustrating but we were gone much of the time so not a big deal.

The property was as advertised, suited our family of 5 well. Convenient to the T, restaurants and more. Gary was easy to reach during booking and made the process easy.
