close to the train station and easy access to main attractions. Very clean, great shower.

Lovely room and facilities very near the train station and within walking distance or tram ride to many places of interest

Trams came by every 10 mins during the day and into the evening. Could be noisy at times if we had the window open. We were on the 5th floor and the trams were right underneath. Very convenient for getting around though as all public transport in Luxembourg is free.

because of a railway strike we had to leave a day earlier, i send a message to the Residence, they did not respond at all, very unprofessional overpriced stay

Checkin was terrible. Host did not meet us in person. Had to do several phone calls and he unlocked building entrance remotely. Since I had no Wi-Fi and from USA, cost of phone calls was very high. Even though apartment was nice, would not recommend, Prefer a host that meets you in person or provides specific instructions on how to access keys.

Thick curtains blocking the light, which was good for sleep. TV with many channels. New and clean apartment. Close to the tram stop, only two tram stops away from the centre, close to the train station. Neighbourhood has plenty of supermarkets and caffes, restaurants.

Noisy the whole day and some part of the night because it is overlooking a busy street with a tram passing by. It was very hot in the bathroom and we could not figure out how to turn off the heating. One morning there was no warm water and the staff never replied to us to explain what's happening. Although there was a coffee machine, there was no coffee or anything else in the apartment. Overall ventilation in the studio could be better. It was not possible to set it up while at the same time we could also not open the windows to let some fresh air in. The overall key transfer was over the phone and we had to make a call. While this was not a problem for me since it did not cost extra, it might be a problem for people with a different phone plan. I did not figure out if this was supposed to be a serviced studio or not. One morning someone came to tidy up the place, but not on other mornings.

I really like the studio,very clean and all what you need is inside,but the two pillows are not enough.Is good to have 4 pillows.we will come back again.

The wi-fi was not working.

Location - 500 m to the old city and close to railway station with its parking facility, that was very convenient. Fresh bed lining, fresh towels, everything was very clean. Nice design, kitchen is equipped enough for 2 people. Small but nice balcony facing the inner yard.

Neighboring building in construction - it was noisy during working hours, as windows were facing inner yard, but hotel could not change that of course. You could also hear everything that is happening outside of your door- but we had only 2 neighbors on our 4th floor. Cleaning ladies were quite loud on Friday. Under the toilet the water seems to leak, need some repairment, but that was not critical at all. We noticed that only on second day.

Basic but clean and comfortable and good value for money based on the location of the property

Place was clean and tidy. Facilities felt new and everything worked well. Located quite nearby the main access points of the city like the train station and the historical city, can reach anywhere in town quite easily from there.

The room service button wasn't very clear on how to use (I only discovered it when I was leaving), causing a couple of occasions where I was trying to sleep but was intruded by the cleaning personnel. The surrounding of the train station is quite shady and noisy at night, with some illegal activities going on near the entrance of the hotel and disturbing the sleep constantly. Not the hotel's fault but for sure a bit let down when staying there.

Excellent quality apartment. Bed, bathroom, kitchenette were all high quality and recently refurbished it looks like. Bed was comfortable. Location is a 5 min walk from train station, on a majkr road.

Be sure to call the checkin number before you arrive because there is no place to wait or be inside if it's raining or late and dark,. The person you call will buzz you in and give you directions when you arrive.

Nice studio, close to the center by feet nice bathroom and nice towels, studio was nice!

pillows not comfortable, we had to ask a second pillow the next day cause one was really not enough to sleep comfortable. there is a nespresso machine but no coffee cups, would be nice to have a few cups at least! nice also maybe to leave a bottle of water for welcome! noisy street if you open the windows, was warm inside and no airco. very basic supplies, only 2 plates, 2 forks, 2 glasses. just enough

The room and bathroom is spacious and it was super clean and neat

Nothing to hang your coat by the entrance and in the closet very few hangers. Also, there is a coffee machine but no coffee capsules, it would be nice to have some capsules or even tea bags
