Very comfortable room and bathroom. I think that it was recently redecorated. The view was nice on Luxembourg's sunset and the location is ideal. THe breakfast was excellent. I would return for the room and the breakfast at a reasonable price.

There was no room service. This is a small minor since there were plenty of good restaurants nearby. The room has no A/C a a bit cold the bed was warm.

The location is good and the interiors have a classical feel. The room was well prepared and spacious. Everywhere was clean.

The breakfast was very limited. There was no choice of eggs or anything else prepared to order. The hot food was mostly baked beans. Incredibly, the residents bar was closed. We asked if we could even be served a beer and were told no. That we'd have to use the mini bar and stay in our room. Not a good hotel if you enjoy your food and drink. As other reviewers have mentioned, our double bed was 2 singles pushed together.

Fantastic location for staying in the city center.great original architeture hat has been preserved while adding to guest comfort. the old British style bar is weloming and has good wine selection breakast was fresh and nicely presented every morning. Special shout out to the friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommend and we will return next time in Luxembourg

It would be nice if hotel guests had and enclosed smoking area somewhere on the property rather than standing on the sidewalk by the front door.

I like everything

The reception was so kind as to modify the dates of my stay as I couldn't reach Luxembourg on my first evening (strikes in Belgium) and I was refunded the money, which I really appreciated. The bed was comfortable and spacious.

The accommodation in general is pretty old and needs renovation, the entire hotel just smells and feels very "old" and a bit run down. It's ok for short stays but I don't think it's made for travels with your couple or children.

Staff and location were great.

Beds and bath need updating

Dated. I had two suitcases. Staff did not help me to open doors when I came in. It was a struggle.
