Room dirty and found a lot of dust.The toilet door are broken and can’t be use to close the door.The agent who manage my deposit need to be always remind from me to return my deposit.It’s not worth with the price.The pool also really dirty.

the size and the location were very convenient for tourist proposes.

Flats suites are spacious and the view is great.The pool is beautiful.

The hotel is comfortable but the staff is not helping and the security guard at the pool is not making the pool area very convenient.

Just basic amenities provided. Not even few bottles of mineral water. Pillows and duvets are just sub standard for this kind of priced accommodation. Only 1 mug, and 2 small mugs provided. There are other better options around same area with similar price.

1)Dont have water purifiers...difficult for us to bring up the mineral water... 2)Dont have additional blanket... 3)we dont like the guard who on duty at the pool...they are rude to my family... 4)need to provide at least 2 parking lot for 1 apartment...because my brother need to pay RM45 only for the parking..oh my....the staff on duty cant speak english and malay well ..

Swimming pool

I booked through online and paid full amount and got my confirmation email also ,and went inside at reception and shown the email of confirmed booking, met the receptionist a Bangladesh fellow, i felt like booking.com the platinum KLCC is under agent promotion, when i asked to check my booking he told me you have to speak with your agent to get key and he don't want to guide because I have not booked with in him Then, i checked again email and call the contact details, he said me send me confirmation booking and i shared details with him. let me tell you here this guys are superb he directly told me your room is not available at the moment and we will refund your full amount, is i am looking stupid to them i travel 6000km and they rejected me in a easy way and i felt like now what to do OMG it's new place here and it's my first hotel in Malaysia booking through online. i have to stay here for one night only i request him to find me another available rooms for the night he offer me a room i said "IAM Okay what you have i will stay NO problem" after he took 400 as security amount and when i asked him payment slip he says as " NO issue you bring key back and collect amount" the end "I don't have anything to say now you can understand " Please i Request to the management of KLCC platinum,as i tooked a look of your Suite in booking.com view of city has similar view and it is near to twin tower as a foreigner i feel to have an opportunity to see the night view around the city and a wonderful view of twin tower as closely i can Please, Do the needful and i am happy to come again, Thank you
