Location and pool access

The state of the room, very old, paint peeling from the bathroom ceiling, water leaking from the bathroom ceiling and bedroom air con. For the price you would expect a well maintained room. There was no apology when I mentioned it on check nor any compensation, I guess they think the standard is acceptable, as any decent business wouldn't let a room out in that state.

The location was good. Spacious room. Beautiful view. Agent was really helpful and responsive.

The location and the overall set up in the apartment was good. Nice city view! The beds were very comfortable and good shower. Nice to swim in the pool - very clean. The staff who welcomed us was very helpful and provided an upgrading. Much appreciated.

There's room for cleanliness. There were small cockroaches even on the bed . The room was not vacuumed during our stay even if it was requested as some food felt on the floor/ on the mockett. The electric installation for the bedside lamps must be changed. It is not safe. The apartments need refurbishment. Hope it can be done to keep the standard of Berjaya Times Square.

very old furniture. apartment reeks. Aircon very weak. bed broken and when told hotel staff about it they refuse to do anything about it initially. water is dirty in taps - brown color. again hotel staff were ignorant about it and refuse to do any anything about it. no hotel service at all.

everything was bad. dirty water. broken bed. Wi-Fi weak. no hotel service. rude staff. when we complaint the staff ignored our request and ask us to leave if not happy without refund.
