apartments no clean and old furniture..bed not comfortable. Bed sheet and comforter very smelly.

The management and staff is very worse. Not friendly and the instructions given was not clear. The room was not clean as we enter the room we smell smoke and the towel also smell smoke. The toilet got a lot of cockroaches which make us feel disgusted. The pool was not provided cause need to make a reservation first only by the agent and can’t make the reservation on ourself. Got a pool on every block but all are under maintenance and only pool at block A is available which is so small and burdening. The receptionist at block A was so bad at work as we talk to her, she just playing her phone which is the bad customer service we’ve ever encountered

Stand fan, iron and iron board, was not in the good condition. At some areas, expecially in the shower room/toilet u will find a lot of cockroaches and theres is no light outside the apartment.
