It is spacious but very basic

A staff from the management company met with us and did the walk through, very attentive.

Everything was fine. No complaint.

Staff was on-hand to help us with the check-in and explained everything in detail. The apartment was just nice for our family of 6. Nice view of the city.

I think a bottle of water to welcome us would have been nice. And also extra blankets if anyone wanted to sleep in the living room!

Overall my staycation was satisfying. Would suggest to hv more assessibility to yr television channel . At least provide assessibility to the Malaysian main Channel. It woulld be great and make our stay more relax and enjoyable watching some TV programmes, not to mention YouTube , Netflix etc.

It will be good to have a dressing table and makeup mirror in each room. Its very inconvenient for ladies to do their makeup inside the toilet , which is separated from the rooms. I wld love to stay again at yr place in future and wld like to see the changes. Thank you for allowing me to feedback.

The facilities were absolute amazing. The swimming pool area and surroundings are really to let you relax.

Everything was perfect !! Really enjoyed the staycation, went with my family and they all satisfied with the suites, what they show in the pic was the same as what you will get, the view was fantastic, really near with Menara Kuala Lumpur, parking also available no need extra charge, I choose room with bath tub, and from the bath tub u can see a really nice view on the window All of the staff also very friendly, they showed everything inside the room to make sure we satisfied before our stay, everything went smooth, check in and check out, I have to give credit for the staff named "Gibson" because he did a great job for our check in, he also volunteered to carry our baggage to the room, Probably would come again with my friends next time ;)

Rushing to check apartment and collect keys before 12pm

Comfortable bed, large sitting/dining area, very clean, effective air conditioning and copious hot water. Value for money couldn't be faulted. Letting agent staff were polite and respectful.

Check in/check out process was a little inconvenient, especially as I had taken the trouble to advise arrival time at the time of booking, again when requested through the booking.com app and a third time on the morning of arrival having again been prompted via the app. Taking personal details in the lobby felt awkward and could more comfortably have been done in the apartment; and some of the questions asked were invasive to the point of being rude. Check of room at end of stay in order to get 'breakage' deposit back included checking curtains, lifting duvet to check bed as well as checking if TV switched on, which made me feel like I had been an unwelcome guest. Sofa is in a very bad state. All of these issues were clearly taken on board by the letting agents who were made cognisant of my concerns and I'm sure will address the issues.

The room is very nice, comfortable, and suitable for family. The staff is very helpful and nice. Very nice place to relax and peacefull. Recomended place.

There is smell in the toilet but the toilet is clean, during our stay the bathtub is faulty but the owner appologize and give some discount. Overall good place.
