The pool / gym access is restricted even if you buy a ticket for this you can then be turned away at any point with them stating it’s too busy and you’re then unable to see the view of the city or use the gym/pool which you’ve paid extra for. Once we finally got up to the top floor there was max 20 people up there.

Très belle vue. Bon emplacement par rapport au MRT (10 min à pied). Supérette dans le hall d’entrée plutôt pratique. Emplacement permettant d’avoir rapidement des Grab (équivalent de Uber) en dehors des heures de pointe.

À quoi bon avoir une cuisine si l’on ne peut pas l’utiliser! Sans parler du manque de vaisselle (aucun verre), l’utilité de plaques de cuisson est quelque peu diminuée lorsqu’il n’y a ni poêle ni casserole. De plus, lors du check in, aucuns conseils/explications n’ont été donnés quant à la meilleure manière de profiter de l’établissement. Des explications quant à l’utilisation de la carte et de la puce magnétique par exemple pourrait grandement simplifier la vie des usagers puisque je n’étais pas la seule à réussir à la faire fonctionner qu’une fois sur dix dans les ascenseurs…

Naprosto skvělé 47 patro s výhledem na Petronas Twin Tower s a celé město, střešní bazén prostě nádhera. Personál velice ochotný a nápomocný ve všem a to i dřívější check in. Lokalita super.

Pentru cine nu a fost acolo și vrea sa meargă cu încă o persoana, sa știe ca dacă nu pleacă și vin amandoi în același timp, unul dintre ei nu întra. Exista o singura cheie la ușa de întrare și o singura cartela care manevrează liftul. Niște nesimtiti. Un nesimtit de la recepție mi a cerut 40 de euro pentru încă o cheie. Al doilea, este întrare la piscina, 12 MYR, deși asa ceva nu am mai întâlnit. Al treilea, 15 euro un early de 2 ore, al 4 lea, taxa de oraș, nu cred ca e vina lor.

La habitación estaba súper limpia y la cama era muy cómoda. El wifi iba genial, el personal era súper amables. La piscina también era increíble. Está un poco lejos de las Petronas pero en 30 minutos andando llegas, si no en Grab muy barato.

El jacuzzi no funcionaba, el baño de vapor para chicos tampoco.

Altough it is quite far from anything, you definitely book this place because of views or infinity pool on 48th floor. And you get what you pay for, view from pool is amazing. You can walk ca 10 minutes to nearest metro station or just take the Grab. We stayed in apartment with kitchen, two bathrooms and walk-in closet. For me it was great value for price we paid. Apartment was spacious, clean, with AC. Definitely would stay again.

In the pool area, there was only 5 sun beds, which is quite few for more ten 40-floor building. Apartment will definitely need some refresh in following months/years, you can see the huge turnover of guest. Some of electric sockets were not working. There was some smell from bathrooms, mainly from guest bathroom at the entrance.

The room we got was very modern and had everything you need in a hotel room/apartment. Spacious, many drawers, table, bathroom was great. The view was superb, we could see the Petronas twin towers from the bed (we paid the extra amount which is small to stay at a top floor and luckily we've got the last one (47). Infinity pool and view were superb, not too crowded. Gym was also great, had everything you need for a short workout.

It didn't bother me that much and it might be the reason why the pool and gym were almost empty but you have to pay for the gym/pool. The price for a day (which includes both) is 12 MYR which is around 2,35 EURO.

Das Apartment ist sehr groß und bietet eine schöne Aussicht auf KL und die Skyline - je nachdem, welches Zimmer man bekommt. Der Sicherheitsdienst sorgt für ein gutes Gefühl. Außerdem war es praktisch, dass eine Waschmaschine vorhanden war.

Insgesamt würden wir einen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft ungerne weiterempfehlen. Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir enttäuscht, dass eine Kaution von 300 RM (ca. 60€) fällig war. Da diese nicht per Karte beglichen werden konnte, waren wir somit bereits unser ganzes Bargeld los. Die Kaution scheint nur am Rande in einer Check-In Nachricht erwähnt zu werden, die Kommunikation müsste deutlich klarer sein. Die Apartments kommen keineswegs den gezeigten Bildern nahe. Der Zustand ist äußerst abgenutzt. Das Zimmer hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch, in dem einen Badezimmer roch der Abfluss stark. Durch fehlende Dekoration etc. wirkt das große Apartment recht ungemütlich und verlassen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher hatten Flecken und fremde Haare. Der Sprühkopf an der Toilette (den man in Malaysia für gewöhnlich nutzt) war ungepflegt, da waren selbst Kaufhaus-Toiletten sauberer. In der Küchenzeile liefen kleine Insekten/Käfer. Noch dazu sollte einem klar sein, dass die Lage äußerst unvorteilhaft ist - es lässt sich fußläufig nichts erreichen. So kommen nochmal Taxi/Grab-Kosten on top. Generell stimmt das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis überhaupt nicht. Wir haben in Malaysia noch deutlich bessere, gepflegtere Unterkünfte für weniger Geld finden können.

部屋はマンションタイプ。 使わなかったけどキッチン付き。 広いシャワールームに大きなバスタブ。 デポジットは 300MR。 48Fのプール使用は1人12MRで8:00〜21:30(確か)。 →8Fのプールは無料のはず 駅から遠くない。 けど、近くの駅は大通り沿いで歩道橋がない。 地元民みんな信号無視しているので... 気を付けて渡りましょう...

スタッフからの部屋の説明が無かったのでシャワーのお湯が最初でなかった。 お湯が途中で冷たくなる...

The short security guard the one in black suit was terrible. He spoiled our holiday mood. Booked a 3 bedroom suite plus a studio apartment and he treated my family like a hooligans…stopping them in front of the crowd saying too many people going up the room. Doing his duty with no brain! Even the guards in white uniforms treated us better

This feedback is not about having to sleep with wet hair for the first 2 nights, but it was about how unprofessionally the concierge staff handled our issue: On the 1st night, we realised our room didn't have a hairdryer, when i whatsapp the concierge, i didn't get a response from them. We only managed to get our hairdryer the next day.Unfortunately, when we wanted to use the hairdryer after a long 2nd day, the hairdryer wasn't working. So it was another night of slping with wet hair. I repeated the process of texting the concierge and again, there wasn't a response - something which i had anticipated.They only got back to me the next morning so i told them that i will be heading out for the day and will exchange for a working hairdryer when i'm back. we got back and brought down the spoilt one to the concierge, and the lady at the counter claimed that they had exchanged the the hairdryer for us.I was taken by surprise because i know very well the hairdryer had not been replaced as i took it from the floor where it was originally left. Secondly, i specifically informed them that i will personally bring down the hairdryer for the exchange. I had not given consent for anyone to enter the apartment in our absence. If this was the case, i believe the concierge would have communicated this to me or ask for our consent prior. As such, proves the concierge staff had made claims that the hairdryer was exchanged without first verifying it. We went to and fro quite awhile because she chose not to listen to us and claimed that we had a working hairdryer and that the hairdryer "is supposed to be like this". We rebut and said that there were sparks coming from the hairdryer and it stopped working, was it supposed to be like this as well? She finally tested the dryer and realised that it was indeed spoilt and finally sent a proper hairdryer to our room.

Très bien équiper y a meme une machine à laver choses qu’on ne trouve pas souvent dans les hôtels voir rarement ! La Pisicine en haut incroyable tres belle vu (attention supplément à payer par jours) mais y a une Pisicine gratuite au 8eme étage qui est bien Le personnel est bien

Nous avons payer 15e juste parce qu’on as fait tomber la petite bouteille en verre pour le gel douche je trouve ça cher. Un peu loin de tout mais pas cher le uber .
