About the parking fees to expensive. Paid by touch & go card, deducted RM30 for stay less than 24hours. Ridiculous not reasonable at all. Pls improve on that or get the care taker inform about that.

The staffs of Grand Service Apartment were very helpful notably Mr Ahmed and Mr Raqueeb.

Host was easily contacted and responsive via WA. Our requests such as housekeeping and having a top floor apartment was attended. Checkin and checkout was easy as Host was negotiable and flexible with our timing. Mind you that this is a rental apartment so all facilities such as handsoap, toiletries, towels, tissues or dishwashing liquid werent expected by us but were provided anyway so we were very content. Thank you.

Although the apartment furnitures are outdated and looked wornout, they were comfortable to sit and sleep in. We just sprayed things with febreze and dettol to ease our mind during first checkin. Occasionally there were baby cockroaches but we simply asked the Host for bugballs/insect balls which he immediately sent to us in less than an hour and after that the problem was minimal to us. Lastly, although we only asked the housekeeping to empty our bins daily and not make the bed, we realise that the apartment was still kept clean everyday and all blankets were folded (not replaced because we didnt ask for it). Our belongings were still safe regardless of the mess we made and we appreciated the extra help from the housekeepers.

this is a company that leases hotel rooms from the owner of the building, which is Berjaya Times Square Hotel. But make no mistake, the hotel is in no way affiliated with Grand Apartments. Grand Apartments should not be listed on Booking.com as they don’t meet the necessary quality standards, not even close. Here is a list of issues that needed serious attention: the room is absolutely filthy. There were multiple hairs underneath the bed sheets as well as stains and the bed sheets felt dirty and soiled. I was given dirty towels that wreaked of body odor. To their credit, they did bring me clean towels when I asked for them. The floor/carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time. The sofa looked soiled and stained, the desk was dusty and dirty. I saw a couple small roaches in the bathroom at night. When I took a shower, there was a leak in the bathroom and a small puddle of water accumulated. The toilet was not clean. it was disgusting. There were food particles in the microwave area, looked like the area had not been cleaned. this place is no condition for guest. also, you are required to pay cash for room. They do state that in their listing but the whole check-in process is a bit shady. There is no way I can recommend this dump to anyone. The host needs to get serious and needs to address all of these issues immediately.

It was a pleasure staying at BTS apartment.Eventhough it was a last minute booking,I managed to get the apartment that I dreamt for my family Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and I enjoyed our weekend getaway a lot. I will definitely stay there again.Thanks to Ahmed for helping making us🫰🫰

Location is exactly inside the Times Square Mall. Easy access to monorel transportation.

I had a bad experience with the second host. The one that return my deposit. I asked something to him, he didn't understand my question. He didn't understand English or Malay very well. So it was hard to communicate with him. Everything else was fine.

The view was amazing and the host, Ahmed is very hospitable. The size of the room was also great. The location inside the mall (good options for food) and in the city center is ideal for tourists!

The facilities and bathroom were too old and run down. The maintenance of the walls, floor, and bathtub were not up to par (some leaks to fix).
