The proximity to shopping and food within the same building was a plus point. It helped to buy time when we had to wait for our room to be ready after 3pm (we arrived by noon). It was also nice to walk around in the mall after breakfast, and before bed.

Many matters irked us. But to share the more major ones... 1. The bathtub was not clean, with obvious stains that cannot be removed. Our daughters were deprived of soaking in the bathtub as a result. The room was obviously just very old. Despite being clean, it no longer looks worth the $$ 2. The breakfast is now full vegetarian, and we weren't too happy with the idea of mock meat (we did try it, but definitely a no no for non-vegetarians like us). The hallways were filled with poster frames on the idea if being vegetarian, which we did not like as it appears to be attempts at brainwashing. Very uncool

Bus stop and monorail in front of the property.

Very unorganised. Hotel is not that clean as it should be. In hospitality industry staff should be polite. Morning breakfast servicing staff(waters are mannerless and rude). Some of the staff is ok. We travel a lot so other countries hotel and resort staff are very polite with nice smiling face. They greet whenever they meet. In Berjaya staff is a king. They treat customers like they are paying our stay.

Location is the only advantage

Poor service property is too big for the team to manage. Takes hours to deliver smallest necessities. Food is all veg.

Breakfast was okay but would be nice to have more choices instead of just Vegetarian food.

The position of the TV in the room..too near the bed .. and the sofa...if we are eating, we can't watch the TV...need improvement on the design in the room.

The welcome drink was a coupon given, we used at night of 28th june 2023. the guy in the place prepared it so well.

check in time i have a huge issue, complain was already pass to staff about night shift of 27th june 2023. they gave us key to another room where we open and other guests were already sleeping. then gave another key for a room which is on another tower. in this place also was locked and we are not able to get in. the third room only was able to check-in. Many things horrrible happened. i tried to communicate with management i have informed everything to Mr Hamdan and told to inform to Mrs laow how rude and inconsiderate the duty officer that night was( i told her name to Mr Hamdan already). and that time I hope my message get delivered to them. i have even given my email address also, not even a single time told sorry even! very rude. what would you feel when other guests open your room in the middle of the night 3am while your sleeping? utterly disappointed. no apology at all, i have the evidence and proof of what happened and will file the case against this hotel if officially they did not compensate for what they have done. suffered alot with my kid here.

The location is awesome as its attached to the mall. Room is spacious. Toilet is huge with a bath tub. But, I didn't like the concept of no bidet. There is a separate place to wash after your business and my children found it difficult. Otherwise, the staff were really friendly and helpful. Got a complimentary drink as well.

Breakfast could be improved a little

Toilet flushing system very bad. Didn't work on our 1st night of stay. Had to change to another room. Maintenance staff was slow in coming to repair. Operator failed to pick up phone desite our calling for more than 15 mins. Had to go to receptionist to make complaint about stuck overflowing toilet system. Came back late night and still not repaired. Made a fush at reception counter and move to another room.

Room spacious. Location good. Breakfast vegetarian excellent.

My wife and friend was staying in another room. Terrible. Not satisfied with the toilet flushing system. Also air conditioneering broke down on the 2nd day of stay and they had to be out the whole day when air condition repair ongoing.

Old furnitures(stained), sink, toilet seat, flooring, carpet were obviously very old with stains/rust. My parent's superior room is much bigger than my family room which dont make sense! The lightings in the room were very dim.

The sanitary hardware in the toilet were very old. Water clogs very quickly in the basin and bidet. Beds made quirky noises

Perfect location but the rest is zero

Was there only for 2 nites with my family, in laws and my friends. Very horrible and disappointing experience. Hotel is old with lots of facilities not working. Old dirty carpet, rust everywhere especially in the bathroom. My family n myself couldn't hve shower for 2days as no hot water, call them many time to fix it but nothing was done. Fridge not working as well. My friends as well had a very bad experience and wouldn't recommend this hotel again. This hotel need a lot of work to be done before getting any guest
