Lovely location in the city center. Close to Pavilion shopping mall. Big clean rooms, lots of facilities to use and breakfast had a variety of choices.

Long lines at check in, but maybe it’s because of the holiday season.

Everything we came for Christmas 4 years ago and wanted to experience it all over again

A bit disappointed about housekeeping not doing our room whilst at lunch like asked, but the did get to it later in the evening when we went out for a walk

We booked the two bedroom apartment for 1 night. The room was spacious. The location was good near the shopping area.

Didn’t enjoy the breakfast. Staff more specifically in breakfast area were a bit rude.

Staff at reception were rude and not friendly. Poor customer service. Sent us a note and blocked our room access informing us that we have not made payment for room extension. Gave them copy of our credit card receipt as proof and hotel had no records! Poor service recovery too.

The staff at the lobby were very helpful and warm. Housekeeping was very good too. Helped to keep our things neat, and it was clean. We loved the breakfast range too. We have seen the Christmas decoration for years now, it is the same but still felt the festive season. They were nice to give our 5 rooms on same floor, which we requested to be adjacent to each other but couldn't get.

The front staff at the buffet breakfast were disappointing. The first day we were there everything was well. The second day, my brother got turned away for wearing sleeveless. He wore it the previous day and was allowed in. The third day we came, nope, the staff didn't allow us to have our group to be seated together, which they have allowed on previous days. There's double standards in this hotel. That too Pullman?!?!?! We went to the club lounge, it's strange that their toner was running out and not promptly refilled?

Ground and reception staff were very helpful. Hotel offer pay at the property this is more convenient for international traveler.

Room were decent however as we rented a family room due to having kids all the wall power outlets were uncovered and unprotected.

Good breakfast spread. Pleasant staff.

1. Carpark - Should separate parking between staff and hotel guests. We parked our motorcycle at their basement parking and were surprised there wasn’t designated lots for guests. In fact, the area was dim and secluded. Didn’t feel a sense of security leaving our motorcycle parked there. 2. I had requested for a complimentary slice of birthday cake, which only appeared in our room after we left (shortly after checked-in). We felt the hotel staff can at least give us a call to inform rather than leave it in our room. It is a matter of privacy as well. 3. We had asked for housekeeping on our 2nd day. All was done but the cake plate, and some leftover rubbish on the glass panels of the refreshment area were not collected/thrown. 4. The carpet at the walkway of our level lobby smells a bit foul. As a 5-star hotel, we had our own expectations and believed Pullman can achieve way better.

stained old worn bedsheet and duve understaffed staff charged me for exrtra money without explaination contact hotel manyb times through emails and phone calls but no reply until today.

Prompt to take action to clean the room thoroughly when we complained.

I am not sure the room was cleaned properly when we checked-in. The room was not well cleaned and there were still some clothing item in the cupboard. It was smelling like cigarette and the air vents on the air conditioning in my room was dirty. Reason for which I started coughing after a few days. All in all- did not start on a good note and did not end well. It compared negatively to the hotel in which we stayed just before moving to the the current one.

They not machine the carpet it's full of hair 😩, drinking water provide by hotel is too bad make my doughter vomit every time she drink, it's an old hotel at least they need to change the carpet it's really disgusting.

It was clean and staff was punctual and courteous .swim rea was really nice and i loved it.

Doesn't match the value of money we paid. Play area closed too early. Breakfast was cery bad same menu everyday nothing good to say about rooms are dark with no ceiling lights. Just lamps lit the room. No good view from the window and too small room door passage. Was a struggle to move the stroller in and out.

check in was bad for me till I escalated to the manager (I got my room around 15:30).

It was in a prime location.

Our room was near the elevator and there was the elevator noise all night. Room cleaning was not ao good. Amenities were not replaced regularly.

Very slow service , Very very very limited options in alcohol . More then half of alcohol mentions I menu is not available.
