This Condo was great. My family and I stayed here for Thanksgiving and it looked just like the photos, the balcony was the star of the trip, it was huge and the view was to die for!!! The owner was awesome and very patient with me when i had trouble communicating with him because of my phone troubles and not receiving some of his emails and he made sure i got all the info i needed for check in as well as his staff who helped me when i wasnt able to print a parking pass. We were able to walk right out onto the beach and we had access to pool as well as hot tub and gym. Coffee shop across the street and also a gift shop with other goodies you can buy. Pineapple Willys is within walking distance as well as other food places. Pier Park is close by with lots of shopping and restaurants. Downside is we did have to wash the comforters and sheets after check in and if you have a large suv or truck i suggest you park across the street in the additional parking lot provided because the garage is low and very tight spaced. We drove an extended jeep wagoneer and my husband was able to park but some maneuvering was needed. Now with all that being said i would definitely stay here again !!! We had a wonderful time.

We were a group of 5 adults looking to spend some time at the beach. The condo was perfect and we loved it! It had everything we needed and listening to the waves at night was so relaxing.We highly recommend this vacation home and will be back.

Beautiful condo, nicely decorated, stocked with more supplies than other condos I've rented, comfy beds, plenty of towels and blankets. Perfect location for shopping and restaurants. The balcony was the best spot. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time enjoying baby’s first beach trip with mom, dad, and both sets of grandparents. The condo was the perfect size. We took 3 cars and there was enough parking in overflow most of the time. There is additional parking in a city pay lot behind the overflow. We were made aware of the parking situation ahead of time, so there were no surprises. There’s a great all you can eat breakfast buffet and a bakery within walking distance. It is super close to a lot of great restaurants and attractions. With 6 adults and 1 toddler we were super comfortable with plenty of room. I didn’t print out my parking passes like I was told to before hand, but that was the only snag we ran into. The owner responded super fast when I emailed and sent me the PDFs quickly. He was available when needed. We had a great stay and made wonderful memories.

Condo could have used a better cleaning, you could tell furniture had not been dusted and appliances were extremely dirty and had not been cleaned in a long time. Linens were clean and everything worked as expected. Location was good and owners provided extras like beach chairs although we weren’t aware until after we began travel. Would have been nice not to have packed those things. Balcony was nice and plenty of towels were provided. If the condo was given a good deep cleaning it would have been a better experience.

This place was perfect! The property is absolutely gorgeous and the balcony itself is worth the money! Best view of the sunset and the ocean any time of day. The property manager Sarah was an absolute blessing and made our trip so special. The owner was very easy to communicate with and was very prompt answering any questions! We will be back to this condo and couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate our 5 year anniversary trip/family vacation! ❤️🏝️🙏

The condo was exactly as the pictures portrayed it. It’s beautiful and in the perfect location and close to everything we needed. The condo itself could have used some additional cleaning, we had to wash the sheets before sleeping on them because they were dirty, the showers had to be cleaned, the fridge had spilled food left in it so overall we just cleaned the entire condo our first night there. The fridge did not work very well and barely kept items cold but we made it work. The check in/checkout process was easy. The parking was a challenge since we drive an SUV. The beach service was great! I spent a lot of time on the balcony due to the view, it was awesome! I would definitely stay there again if the cleaning issues were fixed.

Beautifully decorated condo with huge balcony. Located perfectly for travel to 5 star restaurants. Publix grocery store within minutes to condo. Ice easily purchased directly across the road. Parking is very limited if you have more than one vehicle. Extra option for parking across the road if not full. We were able to park in public parking lot directly across the road for $84/wk. I highly recommend!!!

This condo was clean and well decorated. All the furniture was super comfortable. Beds were amazing to sleep in. Huge bonus on bed sizes and all having their own bathrooms! The balcony is huge with breathtaking views! Warnings that the elevators aren’t always the greatest bc there’s only 2. One parking spot and the garage is tight especially for a larger vehicle. Lot across the street stays full but option for city parking behind that paying daily. The pool is small but we were there for the ocean. Also thin walls if you have louder neighbors on either side of you. Worth the money and the trip. Would definitely stay here again.

Parking & loading & unloading conditions are inconsiderate. Unloading area is down a steep ramp from the elevators making it hard to move luggage.
Only 1 parking space for a 3 bedroom forcing us to pay $12/day for city parking.
Digital door lock battery failed with no backup key available on the property. This forced my family to be locked out of the condo from 9:34 pm to 11:43 pm until a locksmith was able to remove the lock. During this time we had no access to bathrooms as all were behind locked gates.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo, it was spacious, lovely and had a phenomenal view of the gulf. The outdoor patio seating was the star. If you are looking for access to a pristine beach, this is the place to stay. There were several tourist attractions, good restaurants and night life nearby. A few updates to the kitchenware are needed and parking is a challenge. All in all, a wonderful trip and we would return.

The parking garage was a little tight to get in & out of. The parking across the street was okay but during a busier time of year, it could be difficult to get a spot & you have to cross both lanes of traffic. This is not very safe & inconvenient if you have a lot to carry.
The Condo could use a deep cleaning. It wasn’t too dirty but since I am a housekeeper myself, I noticed some things that could use some extra attention.

Our stay at this condo was perfect. There is only one elevator at this time as they are replacing the other one. Getting there on. Sat. early evening was a little crazy with all the renters arriving at the same time with one elevator but everything worked out. The condo was very clean. The balcony was the best part, it is so big and the view is unbeatable. Restaurents everywhere, including 2 great breakfast restaurants right across the street. Pristine beach and water. We had a small problem with the lock on the door. I called David and he had someone come and fix it that afternoon. Beds were very comfortable. The only thing I would recommend is a couple of lounge chairs on the balcony If I wasn’t on the beach, I was on the balcony and it would of been nice to lay down. Dave gave us very detailed instructions how to work everything which we found very helpful. I would highly recommend this condo.

David, the owner was so wonderful to work with and so quick to respond. We were blessed to have found not only an awesome host but also a beautiful home! We will definitely make a return visit! This condo is in a great location. However if you have more then one vehicle the parking is terrible because you only have 1 parking place. It says the property is handicap accessible but the parking space is not and there are very few that are. There is only 2 evaluators for a 23 floor building and one was down over half the time we were there we had to wait over 45 minutes everytime we wanted to leave the condo due to being unable to the stairs because my brother in law is in a wheelchair. The pool was closed most of our stay. We had some trouble trying to figure out the lock and was unable to get in touch with the property manager so I finally just contacted the owner he was very helpful and quick to respond until I messaged him about the condo not being very clean then I never heard from him again. Cleanliness issues were the shower curtains and washer were all molded the carpets were dirty and there was food running down the door of the fridge. I tried to address this with the owner and he never messaged me back after this. We will definitely not be staying at the Ocean Ritz again.

Property owner and manager were quickly responsive and very helpful. Condo provided plenty of space for my family for the week and was very nice. Elevators are to be replaced soon and will be a much needed and valuable upgrade. Designated parking space in parking deck was appreciated and we didn’t have any trouble with it not being available whenever we left the property. The cone provided was used and helpful to prevent anyone from parking in our space. Parking deck was a little tight and our second vehicle wasn’t able to be moved all week across the street in overflow lot because we were sure they wouldn’t be able to find another space again. Parking was a problem if you have more than one vehicle. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The condo was nice and spacious. The only issues, most of which were told to us up front, were they were painting the balconies while we were there. When we checked in the balcony was covered in paint chips from pressure washing, which I had to sweep up myself. There was only two elevators for a large building. At times, we had to wait for five or six elevators to go by before there was enough room in one for us to ride. The biggest issue which we were not aware of was that the beach access was through the pool area, which was only accessible from ten to ten, and caused us to have to use the public beach access next to us. This was extremely annoying because I went to the beach at about 6 am. to fish and would stay on the beach until about 11 pm. Crab hunting with the kids. All in all it was a beautiful place and I would definitely rent here again.

Everything was easy from check in to check out. We enjoyed the large balcony that suited our three year old granddaughter. Hot water was plentiful. Cleanliness and space was great for the five of us. I will say the full size washer and dryer were great! The view and location was wonderful. David was great in responding to a couple of questions we had. We will definitely stay again if available on our next trip! Thanks David for a great property!

The owner was an incredible communicator! The unit was the perfect size for our family of 6 and very comfortable. The patio was my favorite part.
My only negative comment I have would be about the multiple references to keeping sand to a minimum inside the condo. It is a beach front property being rented to families with kids of all ages. We did our best but I was incredibly anxious about sand the entire time.
That being said, I would rent this property again in a heartbeat!

Our stay was great, only issue was with the door lock and I called the property manager and the owner, the owner is the only one who called me back and it was resolved. Not sure why I didn't get a call back from the property manager maybe owner contacted her and let her know issue was taken care of, but should have still reached out to me anyway. Other than that everything was great, except parking the spot to park in was so cramped couldn't hardly get in and out of vehicle when other cars was on either side or both sides of you. But still a wonderful experience, great condo, swimming pool was great and hot tub. We had no problem keeping cool while in the condo just keep the doors closed. Condo is equipped with everything. you would need and more. Thank you for letting us stay in your home for a week. Look forward to being able to come again to PCB.

The condo itself and the owner is amazing. This was our second time staying here because the owner is amazing and the condo is beautiful. Downfall is the elevators. They were slow and didn’t work correctly sometimes. Too many people trying to use two elevators.

Parking and the elevators were a little crazy when we got there, but overall the stay was AMAZING! The condo was immaculate and everything was there that we needed. We met some great people and had a great time at both the pool and beach! David, the owner, was so sweet and answered all of my questions timely. We will definitely keep this condo in mind for another trip!

We picked this place cause of the balcony. It was not a disappointment. The living space was kind of small for a wheelchair. My granddaughter stays in her chair, so the dining table was to high for her. But over all it was a nice place. We may check on it again.
