VIP 1422 South Fremont (deux chambres, une salle de bain, grande cuisine ouverte / salle familiale, grande terrasse et bain à remous avec laveuse et sécheuse) est situé dans le magnifique quartier University Height / Rountree. Moins de 1/2 mile de Missouri State University (MSU) et moins de 2 miles pour les autres universités, les principales salles de concert, le centre-ville et les grands hôpitaux.
Récemment rénové. Tous les planchers de bois franc et de tuiles, bain à remous, grande cour avec une grande clôture d'intimité, 2 lits matrimoniaux en mousse à mémoire de forme et un futon confortable qui peut également accueillir deux personnes. Peut accueillir six adultes confortablement.

La maison présente également des œuvres d'art de deux des principaux artistes du Missouri: Gary Delametre et Josh Mitchell.

Home is very clean. Beds are so comfortable especially after a long day driving...Backyard is wonderful - very large, fully fenced & great for your four legged children. Location is great. Safe neighborhood. Super communication with the owner! Thank you Todd!

Caution- house has spider issue and dirty.
We were at this VRBO an hour, killed 8 spiders inside the house. Decided it was unsafe for us and dogs, so we went to a local local hotel for the night.
We contacted VRBO host, inform him we left his house due to spiders.
He stated the following, “ I might consider a partial refund however, in the VRBO communication email I would require you to message the following: Due to our early check out, would you consider giving us a refund?” You will also need to do the following:
1. State you will seek no further refund through VRBO or your credit card vender.
2. State you will not be leaving a review.
If you do those things. I’ll give you a partial refund.
I declined his requirements for partial refund as I do not wish my experience on anyone.
Called VRBO, and was told that we had no proof because we did not take pictures or notify VRBO while in the house.
Evidently, driving 6 hours to VRBO- leaving VRBO due to unsafe environment, checking into hotel for the night, cancelling vacation plans, and driving 6 hours back home the next day- is not proof enough that there was an issue with this VRBO.
Contacted VRBO again on 09/29/23 to report this VRBO host sending the following threatening message via VRBO messaging site stating: “…I caution you on causing me any further headaches including a bad Review as will seek whatever remedy i have available to me.”
So it was an expensive hour to kill 8 spiders! Lesson learned!!

Todd was great, he went through everything with us and we felt like this property was well kept, and though an older home, it was clean and offered plenty of space and amenities for a small group.

Cozy 2 bedroom house in established neighborhood. 2 awesome king beds that are sleep memory. Best sleeping ever.
Large fenced backyard, shady on these extreme hot summer days. Good street/sidewalk biking near parks and Art Museum; restaurants, and grocery close by.

This house was super nasty! Mold in the bathroom from a leak inside the wall when the shower ran. Sofa was gross with stains we actually to a blanket off the bed to even be able to sit on it.
Kitchen faucet was broken and there was hair all over the bathroom and tub!!
House has a heavy smell of cigarette smoke!!

Todd was terrific about responding to our pre-stay questions. He met us at the house for check in, giving us a tour, and reviewing instructions for the TV/ stereo system and fantastic hot tub. He is a wonderful host! The house exceeded our expectations in every way - especially the huge, fenced in yard and the hot tub! We were only in town for one night but if we ever are back in Springfield, we will reach out to Todd to stay at this fantastic home.

This was a great place to stay while we were visiting our son at MO State. Todd was super accommodating and extremely friendly. The house was very clean and the yard and hot tub were wonderful! We will definitely be back!

My husband, our dog, Holly, and I had a great stay. Holly loved having a backyard to run around in and experienced squirrels for the first time. :-) House was just the right size for us and in a beautiful neighborhood. The hot tub was the main reason we chose this property, and it was delightful after a long drive from West Texas. Thank you, Todd, for being a gracious host.

This is a wonderful oasis in Springfield! The house is comfortable with a huge back yard. Todd met us at check-in and gave wonderful recommendations for activities and restaurants. I couldn't have chosen a better spot for our trip.

We could not have found a better place to stay during our quick trip to Springfield area. Todd is a wonderful host and he made sure we had a smooth check-in and check-out. The house had everything we needed and was perfect for our visit. Huge yard with wooden privacy fence was perfect for our dogs. Sleep number beds were SO comfortable. I was concerned about potential noise from the street, but it was surprisingly quiet and we slept great.

Wife and friends loved the hot tub. We have gotten to see them in awhile. If you bring food with you they have it to where you don't need to leave unless you want to. Will definitely stay here again.

Bridal suite!
I got married the evening of our stay. We used this beautiful home as our bridal suite! We had plenty of room and a great little swing for the kiddos. My new husband and I enjoyed the amazing hot tub that night! Loved it. We will be back for anniversaries.

Check the bedsheets.
While the host was excellent at communicating I was staying there after driving 12 hours when I got to the house late night around 11pm I sent my kids to bed only for them to complain about some bugs on the bed sheets. Upon further inspection the bed sheets were still dirty with dirt including a stain. So I went to grab the extra sheets in the closet but it had a stain as well I had to wash the sheets at 11pm and dry them before we could go to sleep because we had another 12 hour drive the following morning.

Great place
We really enjoyed this property. My kids loved the swing in the back yard and we loved relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of driving. Todd the owner was super friendly and made sure we were going to have a pleasant stay!

The owner, Todd, was outstanding. He greeted us at the house and gave us a walk through. Great beds and pillows. The back yard/deck/hot tub are really nice. We will stay again if the need arises.

Very cute house with a large fenced backyard for animals, close proximity to downtown and lots of choices for food nearby. If you choose to cook at the house there is all the amenities you would need and the host is gracious enough to leave some things for you to help yourself. If in the area and need a quiet place to stay and great value for the money, stay here. Todd was a great property manager and met us and walked the property to explain the ins and outs. Stayed with VRBO quite a few times and this is the most personal we've had renting here, a good personal touch. Thanks again for the visit to your property and we hope to meet again some day!
