El departamento es espacioso y muy bien equipado.

No había mucho por hacer en el complejo. Las piletas al interior del complejo son de agua de mar, por lo tanto muy frías. La pileta climatizada se paga aparte. No está permitido bañarse en la playa frente al departamento.

The location is great and the pool and beach area were lovely.

The property was very tired and dated inside and smelled of mildew -possibly due to the old carpet and rugs. The features of the property were not as advertised or what we were led to believe from the advert wording: No free wifi in the property itself, although this is shown/highlighted as a key feature (free wifi in another area of the building) No streaming services such as Netflix No free toiletries, unless you count a used bar of soap :( Tried to pay to use the gym and spa but told restricted to property owners only No minibar, unless you count a wooden unit with dead plants inside :( No washer/drier in the actual apartment - there is a laundrette in the building No city view, not detached, no private entrance, no adjoining bedrooms, no satellite TV, no trouser press Also, the property were very keen to get all the payment, paid in cash to a bank account, prior to our stay, which makes me question if other people have thought it is not worth the price being charged either? I am also not convinced that many of the reviews for this property are legitimate either but am unable to say that with certainty I would definitely return to San Alfonso del Mar but not to this particular property.
