My husband and I celebrated our anniversary in this comfy little condo located in the heart of Gatlinburg. It is close enough to walk to all the great restaurants and attractions that the town has to offer. We will definitely stay here again.

This VRBO is perfect location. Park your car, get comfy and be able to walk to your destinations. Perfect for 2. We always go to the local grocery for a few items. This unit has a fireplace, however, didn't use it. Never had time! We have stayed in several units at this complex and always go back.
Fans of Howards, The Peddler, Cherokee Grill(new fav) and Chesapeake.
Highly recommend.

Loved it! It was like going back in time to the Gatlinburg I remember as a kid. The condo was clean, cute, and small but just right for two of us. Owner was very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again!

This is Pam, I booked the property and when I did, I assumed since it was advertised as sleeping 4, that there were 2 BR's, my bad!
The place is cute, quaint, and in a good location.
However, our overall stay in Gatlinburg was a surprise. I had no idea how unuser-friendly the town is for people with disabilities. And we were not expecting such crowds.
So we probably won't be back, but your place is very nice. Too small for us, but nice!

Excellent stay. Close to downtown with lots of shopping and activities. No noise complaints even at night. Only issue was we didn't have our parking pass when we first got there and we didn't get until the next morning. There was a slight "old" smell but I think that was because of the building. Excellent price for the location.

Sandy is AMAZING and very accommodating! Any questions, concerns, etc I had, she answered promptly! The location is phenomenal with it being in walking distance of everything in Gatlinburg. I would definitely stay here again as this is a clean, cozy, and quaint little nook to lay your head and call home for a family vacation.

I have stayed in a lot of condos. This one was stocked worse than any one I’ve ever stayed in. The toilet paper and paper towels were so cheap they couldn’t be used for their intended purpose. The condo was clean but very outdated. Everything was dark and depressing. The cleaning supplies and extra linens and towels were stored on top of and beside the hot water heater. Fire hazard??? I did enjoy Gatlinburg but the condo not so much. I won’t stay in this condo again.

When we booked the property, we expected 2 beds and a hide-a-bed couch. The property listed 2 beds. It also listed a pull out couch. When we got there we had a tiny apartment with a king sized bed in one room and a pull out couch that didn't work in the main room. There was a blow up mattress in the closet that leaked. We blew it up just before going to bed and sometime in the middle of the night, depending on who was sleeping on it. The jacuzzi shown in the pictures was closed over.
On the positive side, the decorations are nice. The owner was easy to contact when I connected with her before we came. Admittedly, we didn't try to connect while we were there, just dealt with it.
