Les vues sont magnifiques et cette unité est beaucoup plus calme que la plupart des unités du village (elle est au 4ème étage et dispose de 2 fenêtres). Il y a beaucoup d'espace supplémentaire pour se promener sans se sentir à l'étroit comme la majorité des unités du village. La chambre principale a un joli bureau avec une vue magnifique. Profitez de la cuisine entièrement équipée avec un four micro-ondes, un grand réfrigérateur et une cuisinière, des comptoirs en granit, des téléviseurs à écran plat dans toutes les chambres, y compris un téléviseur Samsung 55 pouces 4k (câble fourni) et une connexion Internet sans fil gratuite. La chambre principale a un lit king-size avec une salle de bain privée. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen. Le salon a un canapé-lit queen-size. Cette unité est à un seul niveau.

The property is a corner unit which is always desireable. There was no noise from adjacent units. The kitchen was well appointed with gear. The bedding was nice and everyone had a good sleep.
The location is great for easy access to the mountain. The owner responded within 10min to a text... this is fantastic communication.
We would recommend this property for anyone wanting to stay in the Village.

The AC in the master bedroom does not provide enough cooling for the room, it was warm at night even with the AC on, but the AC on the living room works well.

We very much enjoyed our stay here for our ski vacation. The location was fantastic. It was a very short walk to the Village Gondola to Canyon Lodge, and when the gondola was on wind hold one day, the shuttle bus to the lodge was right next to the gondola. There were a bunch of good restaurants, shops and a general store that has groceries and basic toiletries within a short walk. We particularly enjoyed Campo (Italian) and Gomez (Mexican).
The condo was very nice inside. It has plenty of room for my family of four (2 adults and 2 kids). The beds were very comfortable, as were the couch and chair in the living room. The kitchen had plenty of plates, bowls and cups. We didn't do any cooking, so I can't comment on that, but the kitchen seemed to have enough pots, pans, baking dishes, and cooking utensils.
We enjoyed the hot tub and pool at the complex, and my kids enjoyed the small arcade.
Frank's instructions were very helpful and provided all the information we needed for a comfortable stay.
I would highly recommend this condo.

The location couldn't be better for convenience to the gondola and Village restaurants. Once you arrive you won't need your car for your entire stay. The condo is as described, clean and comfortable.

Great Home Base for Introduction to Snow Sports
My wife and our two young kids (2 and 1) stayed in this wonderful condo for a long weekend. The location is the best in Mammoth Lakes for hauling around kids, proximity to nice restaurants, and gondola. We introduced our two year old to skiing and although he could have stayed on the mountain all day, having a spacious and clean condo a ride away was critical. Highly recommend. Great location!
This condo was the perfect spot for our quick ski trip! Easily accessible to the gondola. Restaurants and bars within walking distance-we never had to drive anywhere!

If you want to be in the village, this is a very good location. The only challenge for us is the rooms got a little warm. It was a somewhat warm thanksgiving week, around 47F/20F, but the rooms just don’t cool off. We found ourselves running the air conditioning units to cool off the rooms before we slept.

The place was very clean and the location was great! Sleep was difficult however due to what I believe was the clapper inside the AC vent to the outside banging around due to the wind. Windows were in poor condition but insulated well enough. Check in and out was easy.

Great location and super clean!
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was well stocked with fans and air purifiers. The furniture and bed linens were all very clean and comfortable. The outdoor balcony was a major plus because the weather was incredible and we could see and feel the activity and energy of the village. I would definitely stay here again!

Convenient and cozy accommodations
Ample space for our 4 adults and 2 small children. Checkin was easy and the convenience being in the village was great. Relatively clean and the air purifiers and humidifiers for each room were a nice added touch. A couple minor pointers, we went without silverware and coffee cups the entire trip having not realized they had been stored in the dishwasher. The pull out bed from the couch needs to be repaired or replaced as the corner supports are broken along with a broken rocking chair. Just normal wear and tear from a rental that sees a lot of action.

Escape from the desert heat
Very nice property. The weather was quite warm, but the stand -alone air conditioner in the master bedroom worked well. However, we had the following concerns:
Sand-alone air conditioner in the living room was very noisy -likely due to failing bearings.
Lower bracket that secures the blinds on the patio door is broken.
Most of the wood pulls on the blinds were missing and the cords had been tied in knots, which I untied.
Most of the window screens were missing
The unit is located above the restaurant patio and facing the courtyard. In the evening the noise level was disturbing and lasted until late in the evening, making sleeping with a window open difficult.
The controller for the heater fuel was hanging by its connectors. However, the property manager said it was not a safety problem.
These concerns are all minor and could be easily fixed. WHile we didn't use the second bedroom, a stand-alone air conditioner would likely be needed during the summer.
We enjoyed our week at Mammoth including the convenience of parking in the underground garage.

Really nice condo, better than most in the Village. Well-stocked and very clean. I would definitely come back.
Only minor issue was that the parking pass on the counter had an expired date, but fortunately it didn't seem to be an issue (I didn't even notice until the day we checked out).

A great family vacation
The property manager really sets this property above any that we have previously stayed. The staff is really on top of things and easy and quick to communicate with.

Do not rent this unit! Unit is not clean and not in good repair. I want a refund!
Many issues with disrepair and cleanliness of this unit so I do not recommend renting it. I notified the property manager of these issues via a number of text messages and they fixed a few of them (while we were out hiking) but they never gave me a call or returned my text. Below are the many issues we had with this unit. 1. Filthy: carpets, windows, furniture, floors, tile, and table tops. 2. Broken: cabinet doors, AC, blinds, widow closures and 2 bathroom light fixtures. 3. Disrepair: 8 or so light bulbs out, shower mold, window frames broken and hanging TV and DVR wires.. 4. Gross item!!... spare bedroom sheets not cleaned when we arrived and even after we contacted them they were never replaced. The unit is also loud as it is located above the main shopping area, this was manageable if the inner and outer windows were working properly, but they were not as many were broken so we could not close them. When we were able to close some of the windows it became very hot in the unit which would have been ok if the AC unit was working but it was not. This was a special time for my wife and I as we were celebrating our 45 wedding anniversary with some close friends. We did create some great memories but this unit was not one of them!

Oh, yes! A very nice place to stay.
OK. First things first. I really liked this place a lot. I am probably going to be sorry if my review leads to so much additional interest in this condo that I cannot book it the next time I want to, but I have to be fair; this is a great place to stay.
The condo is very clean, as are the hallways leading to it, the building it occupies and the property in The Village in general. Great pool outside. The unit is very well equipped – except for the kitchen and I’ll get to that later - and even has lighting that is adequate for reading, not the sort of thing you find very often. My wife and I found the unit very spacious and cannot see why four people would not be very comfortable there…maybe even six people if two of them were kids and you really loved them. It is neatly furnished with tasteful art and not a lot of the typical “condo-décor” (wreaths, dried leaves, bowls of brown balls or pinecones, allegedly witty signage, wooden ducks or bears, antique ski gear, etc.).

The kitchen is equipped for the basics, but it isn’t set up for doing any serious cooking. Strangely, previous occupants have not left behind the usual array of condiments so you’ll need to provide your own, salt, pepper, cooking oil, plastic wrap, etc. Well, who really goes to Mammoth to cook anyway?
The living room is quite spacious and open, and with some fiddling I was able to get the television to function nicely, even if I was not able to get it to do as much as I know it could do. You can get Amazon and Netflix (if you bring your passwords along) and the giant screen has a very sharp picture.
WI-FI works well provided you type the long-and-complicated-password correctly into all of your various devices. The air conditioning unit can come in handy if you stay during the warmer summer months like we did.
My wife and I both have a low tolerance for noise, and we found this place to be very tranquil. What “night-activity-sounds” come from the Village below are easily masked by shutting the windows and (if necessary) using the box fan provided – we were there in the summer when it was warm.
All that being said I arrive back where I started. We had a really wonderful time at this condo and we will, most certainly, be back.

Great view of Village and great location!
This unit was in the perfect location to Village restaurants and amenities! We enjoyed the view from the deck each morning and evening. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. Parking was super easy. The unit needs a little tlc and the windows were a little tricky to open and close, but those were minor issues. Overall a great place to stay in! Thank you Frank for making everything so simple. Can't wait to visit again.
