If you want to be on the slope, overlooking the lifts and watching the terrain park from the balcony…..book this place!!! Was so great. Downtown Breck is a little over a mile away so if you want nightlife, have a car, take the gondola or free bus. The host was extremely accommodating when we had to make some adjustments to our schedule. Check in and communication was a breeze. Hot tub directly below the balcony. Can’t wait to go back. Thanks again!!!

This is a true ski in/ski out condo with easy access to Peak 8 lifts, gondola, ski rental, lift tickets, bars, and restaurants. The kids loved the loft area with 5 beds and space to themselves. The 2 hot tubs, sauna, and fireplace kept us warm. The hostess was very responsive and helpful with questions, issues, and recommendations. The on-site manager was also wonderful. Kitchen was well stocked, and plenty of space with ski lockers for equipment. Parking was easy with 2 levels of covered areas. Appreciated the humidifiers in each room to help with the dry mountain air. Large TV with surround sound. 2 coffee pots with a Keurig feature. Highly recommend this host and unit!

We go to Brek every year for our Christmas with our family. We stay at a different place each year depending on how many of us come. This is the first time we have stayed @ Peak 8. The view from the covered deck of this property is priceless. Perfect spot to sit and watch the skiers/boarders come down the mountain. It is a few steps out the door to hop on the slopes & down to numerous lifts for all levels of skiing. The hot tubs are a great spot as well, right on the slopes. This condo had everything we needed to make our time seamless. The only complaint we had was the keys/door locks are a bit temperamental. A keypad would be much easier- other than that, the kitchen had any type of appliance/utensil you would need. Plenty of space by the cozy fireplace to relax in the living room. The host always responded to my questions quickly. We would love to stay here again if we have a smaller group.

Nice location at base of Peak 8. Entire condo has been renovated so very nice furnishings however old building. Hot tub is shared by entire building. Owner was most helpful and great communication.

Great trip
We thoroughly enjoyed Breckenridge this year. Brian and Amy are terrific hosts. Super responsive and kind. There was a maintenance issue when we arrived and they handled it quickly. This is one of the more nicely appointed VRBOs we’ve stayed in. Kitchen was well equipped and the beds were super comfortable. Per effect location on Peak 8. Overall great trip.

Nicely updated condo in great location
We enjoyed our week of spring skiing. The views from the condo are lovely, and the location could hardly be better. The complex is a bit dated, but this unit has been fully refurbished. The only negative is that there is no elevator taking you to down to the ski locker; the two flights of stairs didn’t bother me, but they were harder on my 72 year-old father. Overall, a great place, especially for larger groups.

We really enjoyed our time here. With three young kids to get to and from ski school we knew we needed to be close to keep our sanity. The kids really enjoyed having the loft. We were all glad they had their own bathroom and area to hang out.

Superior skiing location
This is our second visit to this location and it was as wonderful this time as it was last year. Ski-on/off - can't be beat. This unit is the envy of all other units. Everyone kept asking how we got the best one! Very clean and has everything you need. We hope to get it again next year.

Best Ski-In/Ski-Out Location
The location is exceptional! Very easy to ski-in, and out to the two lifts located just below. Peak 8 is a great home base as it provides easy access to every Breckenridge peak. This particular unit is the best on the entire property, being a top/4th floor corner unit with beautiful views of the mountains, as well as the village and lift lines below. Ski lockers on first floor and two hot tubs facing the slopes.

The location is ideal - just a short ski (or walk) down to the main lifts on Peak 8, right near the base where several trails converge making it easy to ski back to the condo as well. The unit has a large balcony overlooking the slopes, and there are two slopeside hot tubs available (condo building amenity, not part of the unit itself, but we had no problem getting a hot tub to ourselves even over President’s weekend). The kitchen is very well equipped. We cooked all of our meals at the condo and it had everything we needed and then some. Plenty of space for my family and my sister’s family, and the location made everything so easy. Peak 8 is the center of the resort, so it was easy to reconvene our group of different level skiers/return to the condo for lunch no matter where we spent the morning on the mountain. We are forever spoiled for future ski trips, and are already planning another trip back!

So many great features of this home -
Lots of properties advertise ski-in/ski-out but we've never experienced such ease in going from our condo to the slopes. Our kids are spoiled - they now know what true ski-in/ski-out means. :)
The kitchen is the best equipped rental property we've experienced in 15 years of renting ski properties....crock pots, electric skillets, lots of pots, pans, etc.
Comfortable beds
Contributions from the owners and previous renters means you don't have to buy spices and various ingredients. We contributed lots of additions to the "magic corner cabinet" that has lots of things you need. Check this cabinet before grocery shopping.
We've stayed in great places around the country over the past 15 years we've been skiing and this is certainly near the top. We'll be back!
