It was clean, The staff were good. it was very calm. And The food were delicious. The home service is Superb.
the room were smaller than expected. But all in all its was great.

The property is superb for its price!
The rooms are clean and obviously the well taken care of. The staff at the front desk and the skybar are all very accommodating. Aesthetically speaking, there’s a lot that could be done in the skybar but generally, it’s a steal for its value.

Food was great and exceeded my expectations. Staff were polite.
Check in (especially, check in) and check out took longer than expected. Also, staff promised to send someone to help with wifi but no one showed up. Asked for assistance twice.

Checkin was easy with the staff very friendly. Easy access for "Grab" taxi to drop off and pickup. The room was small as expected. There was a bad odour in the room, as we only stayed one night, so we didn't mention it to reception.
The pool area was very busy, no seating available and was very loud so not comfortable to enjoy.

The room was very comfortable and super clean . Also the scenery and pool and rooftop bar were perfect .
There were no hotel slippers provided, no bath soap either . They could fluff up the pillows bit more since they were quite flattened from use .
