Location is very accessible - walking distance to shopping malls, fast foods and groceries. What I like most about the property is the staff - super nice and very accommodating not to mention the access to pool, gym and Netflix to not just 1 flatscreen smart TV but 2.

The place needs a little more love in terms of cleanliness because some areas were dusty. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and bedroom window needs blackout blinds because it can be very bright during the day. Lastly, wifi can be improved.

Convenience and accessibility to malls, restos and public transportation. Smacked right in the center of Cubao.

No fridge and we were not informed about this. The roof in the bathroom was leaking. Worst of all is that there was a funky smell coming out somewhere near the bathroom. When they checked it apparently the was an open pipe where the stinky smell comes from. We had to contact them several times before it was resolved. No stove but we were informed when we asked about it though.

2nd time, its actually better than the first visit. But both stays were all okay :) I love the scent u use for the room Please maintaine having this.

I hope I can get to use the netflix or wifi longer. Next time.

Everything is good actually. But maybe soon you can consider having a small fridge inside :) The internet connection runs out around 9pm. But will definitely book again ❤
