Hands down the BEST place we have stayed! We go to Breck every year and by far this has been the best location. Booking was easy with amazing communication from the property manager. She would reply to my message within the hour.
The condo was spacious, clean and home like, and literally had all the extras there for you. If you needed something the property manager already thought of it and had it in the condo.
Parking garage is heated, indoor and outdoor spa, and LITERALLY 5 MINS FROM CHAIR LIFT!
We are already planning on rebooking again for next year!

Wonderful hosts, wonderful lodging with exceptionally good location. Clean, fully equipped kitchen for families who wish to make their meals. We stayed there with two families and it was perfect!

This is an awesome 3 bedroom condo! Stocked kitchen. All of the floors are heated which includes tile and carpet. It kept the condo warm! Beds were comfortable. It is spacious! The location was the BEST!!!! Walk out the door the Snowflake Lift which is centrally located to get anywhere on the mountain with NO line. Coming home from an afternoon of skiing is so easy too. Some complained about the flat part back down to Snowflake lift to get the the condo. It is work. BUT, the best and easiest way back to the condo is to ski down Four O'Clock run ALL the way to the little bridge that ends you across the street from the condo. All you have to so is walk across the road, so it keeps you away from the flat part of the trail!! Walking to town was also a plus! I will definitely stay here again! Our family has been coming to Breck for many years and this is for sure the best place!

Spacious condo only steps from the lift; something this Mom really appreciated as I'm not a fan of carrying skis & poles. Condo had everything one could need for a great trip to CO and then some. We loved the heated floors, kitchen was well stocked, as were linens. Loved having an in unit washer /dryer. Location was awesome, Robin was great to work with and very responsive! Would absolutely stay here again and I'm picky!!

Lovely condo (we actually liked the decor that other reviewers weren't sure about.) Robin was amazing, available, and responsive. Very accommodating. LOVE the keypad system. Convenient location. Easy access to town; can walk or take the bus. Due to COVID, we cooked in for all our meals. Kitchen was well stocked. Recommend this unit.

Robin was excellent to work with and the location is easy access to the Snowflake lift that is only a few meters from the back door. And there was plenty of room for our family of 6. For those reasons alone, I would consider renting again.
However, the decor is dated and there are a lot of knick-knacks which attract quite a bit of dust. Also, the previous guests must have had an explosion in the microwave and it had not been cleaned before our arrival.
Overall, a great trip, but the cleaning service could do a better job.

Robin was excellent to work with and the location is easy access to the Snowflake lift that is only a few meters from the back door. And there was plenty of room for our family of 6. For those reasons alone, I would consider renting again.

First, the location cannot be beat. The snowflake lift is literally outside the building's back door. The 4 O'clock run exit is literally across the street from the front door. Downtown is an easy 0.5 mile walk (there is a bridge google maps doesn't show after the traffic circle).
The furnishings are high end, the showers are hot and high pressure, and some of the flooring is even heated. Hot tubs are available downstairs, and convenient closets to store ski and snowboard gear are in the heated garage.
We will definitely try to stay here again. Enthusiastically recommended.

Perfect stay
Great location and very attentive hosts. We were on a guys trip and the location to the lift and town was perfect. If we ever needed anything or needed recommendations, Robin’s responses were almost immediate. Can’t recommend enough.

Great Location, Well Equiped
Our family spent a week in this great condo unit. You can’t beat the heated indoor parking and location next to the Snowflake lift. Only a short walk to the bus stop. The kitchen was especially well equipped. Check in and out was a breeze. Highly recommend it!

Love this ski in and ski out property! The owners of this condo were the most informative and welcoming couple. Several very detailed emails regarding the area, check in and check out, where to get groceries. The location is perfect!!! There was plenty of room for 8 people that stayed at this property! We will be staying at this exact one again!

Riverbend Condo was great !! We had 6 people & our stay was fabulous - only one thing condo needed 9x13 glass pan (brownies were a must for our 3 boys:) & I had used the pan for enchiladas- not that big of a deal as you can see - not much negative to say 😊�

Extremely convenient if you want to maximize your skiing time at Breck! Comfortable beds, good wifi, and a professional wafflemaker to boot!

Had a wonderful time with the family here!
The property was exactly what we were looking for. Ability to ski in/out (chairlift is about 50ft from the back door). It was very well equipped and we enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and small gym on the premise. The skiing was great and some of us walked to town a couple nights but usually rode back up in the car (because of the hill). The contact throughout was good and the kitchen appliances were super nice. We enjoyed the Crepe Cart and Flipside in town and the shops! Thanks Jon!

Great Condo!
Great place to stay. Right next to the snowflake lift and yellow bus route as well as rental shop. Only thing to note is parking is limited and the snowflake run is the only way to ski home and has multiple catwalks making it difficult for snowboarders

Over-all great place. We had 4 adults and 5 kids and it was perfect. Had everything we needed.

On the slopes!
We looked hard for a place to stay that was within walking distance to the slopes and this fit the bill. You just had to step out the back door of the complex, put on your skis, and ski up to the Snowflake lift. The facility had both an indoor and outdoor joacuzzi and both a dry and wet sauna all of which felt great after being in the cold all day long. The unit in which we stayed was comfy and had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which was a great fit for our big group of seven adults. The owners were very helpful and answered all of our questions quickly. If you’d like to be close to the slopes, I’d highly reccomend this property.

This was a perfect fit for our group of 5 guys
This condo was a ski out, but it DID require a short walk back to the condo from the nearest trail ending....but not a major issue. The outside hot tub was awesome. There was also a ski rental place and ticket window adjacent to the chair lift next to the condo exit.
