new sofa, i think all is good

the view from the balcony is nice.

the main door lock is spoiled but its not that bad as i was informed upon checking in.

Suggestion to upgrade the sofa.. Other than that all other facilities are superb.

1. Comfortable, spacious and feel safe. 2. Bay view pretty in dusk and dawn. 3. Complete kitchen accessories - fridge, cooking gas, stove, all utensils inc wok. 4. Clear Astro nJoi channels. 5. Has BBQ space near pool - great for family day.

1. Tv remote has no battery - need to use Astro remote battery to switch on the tv. 2. Green couch in living room is too worn out, cant even sit - the seat just sank. 3. Loose shower knob in guest bathroom - the knob almost hit my feet multiple times. 4. Rusted grill pad lock - i cant lock it, too hard. 5. Sliding door to balcony cant lock - the lock from sliding door cant latch to door frame. 6. Floor of the whole house is dusty. 7. Pillow is quite hard. I have shared this comments with the owner so you might see improvements in your visit 😊
