We can’t thank the staff enough for their service. I left my bag in the taxi, with all my atm cards in it and their staff member went above and beyond, making multiple calls over a number of hours to locate it for me, then picking it up from the airport taxi company himself when he did locate it. even refusing a tip as a thank you. An amazing experience, I can’t imagine I would have got this type of service in my homeland.

Bed was nice. Location was a little bit remote but near to airport. Front desk was friendly.

Getting there could be challenging, it is reccomended to called the hotel to provide pick up from airport. However, it could be quite pricy. Breakfast timing was late. I skip breakfast because trying to catch a flight.

Breakfast was good with adequate service provided. Hotel was clean with friendly staff. I would stay again at the galaxy, was quite a nice hotel with quite spacious and clean rooms. Comfortable Bed. Overall a good, safe and comfortable place to stay while awaiting another plane ride in morning. Meets 4 star standards.

The only difficulty was with transfer to and from airport... as an international, I tried to arrange pick up with hotel prior to arrival. It was difficult to contact the hotel to arrange pick-up as they prefer contact via mobile number which is not easily obtained in India on arrival (compared to many other countries I have been to). The hotel offered a Toyota innova as the only option (more expensive option). It is however much easier and cheaper to use Uber and better. Otherwise, cabs are a good option... DO NOT pay more than 400 rupees for a one way transfer to the hotel... I was new to india was ripped off by cab driver who got 800+ rupees who took a diversion route to avoid tolls and made a 10 minute drive into a 30+ minute drive. Hotel kindly offered a complimentary trip back to airport, but this never materialised and we just organised our own Uber ride.

Room was modern

Charged twice for each room and took long to refund the second over charge. In fact had to contact booking.com to effect refund after a week of communication and obvious photographic evidence supporting claim to hotel. Gym equipment not maintained.

Breakfast was delicious, and had varieties of my taste.

The location was a little hard to find and it’s hard to call the hotel because sometimes they do not pickup.

It was very close to the airport. I felts safe travelling as a single woman. They even sent a security guard with the driver to drop me at the airport.

Room service needed multiple reminders to bring water. They also missed on some of the orders.

location was good. beds were comfortable .breakfast was pretty good.

could have more toiletries. early morning AC air came with food smell.

very pleasant staff, very helpful. property was clean and the lobby was welcoming.

I was unsure if the water supply was purified. As a western traveler in India, I’d heard all the warnings about not drinking the water or getting it in my eyes, nose, or mouth when showering. Water for coffee/tea was provided, but it was in refillable bottles, so a sign in the room telling the guest that the water was purified would have been reassuring.
