totally not value for money and waste of time to travel from airport

Breakrast was too basic options were very limited location too cramp staff could not understand simple tamil words

food was very basic for a 4star hotel no selection continental selection was totally waste drinks was another embaressment

Good Stay experience. Large & comfortable room

the size of the room was pretty large. shower was hot. bed comfortable

limited option for in room dining and at the restaurant. the launch was happening next week

tolerable but could have been better if not there was peace and the place did not smell unpleasant

Breakfast was okay. Would have been good if you could have added Appam and some wholemeal buns

The lifts and the corridor was smelly. It was noisy.. I think on the 2nd day there were a few families with children ... children were making a lot of noise and the families had left smelly food and pampers in the corridor... it should have been cleared as when we stepped out in the morning, it smelled very badly. On the last day, there was a function downstairs and we experienced noise again . My daughter mattress was sunken

Location. Courteous staff

Noise from other rooms was too high beyond acceptable The fixtures were simply not maintained well at all One could feel the springs in the mattress (may be time to change the mattresses.

Its best as a business hotel, not for leisure trip.

Excellent location.

Poor breakfast menu. Its not upto mark for a 4 star hotel. Cleaning should be improved, as my kids started sneezing after entering to room.

Best Hotel in Chennai (Must Stay)

Everything was excellent and awesome at the hotel. The staff was so helpful and courteous that they even changed my room since it was smelling cigarettes in the room allocated to me. Location is superb as its located just behind Express Ave Mall so it's very convenient for people to shop around Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Pillows were very soft. They even picked up my dinner that I ordered from McDonald's. Breakfast was awesome but lacked variety. I would still rate it 8/10
