The place was gorgeous, the road and driveway leading to the place was nothing I'm used to. The views were breathtaking, the house was gorgeous and very clean. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was roomy, comfortable & well stocked. The views were breathtaking & sunrises stunning. Bears were sighted from front windows & paw prints on our vehicle. Remember to leave NO FOOD in your vehicle or on back porch. The roads coming & going were narrow, winding, w steep curves & pretty scary. Not well lit at night.

This home was the first vacation rental where we had literally eveytjing we needed. The kitchen is full, which made everything so easy. The house itself was very clean and welcoming. It was very clear that the owners take pride in the property and enjoy having people stay. When we had questions, the property owner responded exteremely quickly. I can not say enough positive things about the beauty of the home, the beauty of the view (amazing), access to the national park and gatlinburg (excellent location for both), and the responsiveness of the owners. We will definitely be back. It is the best house we have rented ever, not only in the area, but anywhere we have ever rented.

The description of the home matched perfectly to what we experienced. The home was nestled on a corner in the mountain overlooking Gatlinburg. You were able to experience seeing the city lights while still getting the quietness of the mountains. It was clean and the beds were comfy. Couldn’t ask for more!

House was beautiful and exceeded my expectations with all the necessities owner had for us - Only disappointment was the fireworks were not visible from the deck - Other than that I would 100% recommend staying here.

Great property with plenty of room for two families. We saw a bear wander through one day which was really cool. Close to everything. A very windy road but to be expected with being on a mountain. Property was clean and had all the necessities and comfy beds.

Communication with Mike and/or Cindy was very good from the beginning to the end. The pictures gave us an idea as to what to expect, but the views from the house are even more spectacular! My brother-in-law brought wood and started a fire in the fireplace every night so the rest of us could roast marshmallows and make s’mores. On two separate occasions, a bear walked across the driveway. Our stay in the Werner’s beautiful home will definitely be a vacation to remember!! Our 4 day stay was so very nice. The house was very clean, comfortable and we loved the view! We wanted to be close the the National park and Gatlinburg and it was everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this property and hopefully we can come back. Thank you to owners.

This was our second time staying here. We liked the comfort, view, privacy, and convenience of the property. We would definitely consider this property again. The level parking and carport is a plus.

Loved the cabin. It was great for three couples. It was also in an amazing location with a quick trip down the mountain to parking.

The views were breathtaking and yes, we managed to drive our 6 person Flex up the windy switchbacks that Gatlinburg is so well known for. It was worth the drive. While our teenagers hiked Mount Le Conte, my husband and I rode the gondola with his 91 year old father. The house was well appointed with two master suites and a great room perfect for the kids. We could have easily have spent our entire spring break here. Thank you!

The three bedrooms are perfect size for as many as 6 people to have enough space to not feel crowded. The two main bedrooms feature king beds and their own bathrooms. The master bath has a double sink but a strange small closet in the bathroom and a tiny dresser in the bedroom. The second bedroom has a huge dresser and a huge closet. The downstairs is a huge room with two queen beds, a couch, and a tv, as well as a full bathroom. There is no closet and no dresser downstairs. Laundry room with Washer and dryer downstairs. The kitchen is stocked full of cooking tools, gadgets, nice pots and pans, and amazing appliances but no dish towels, spray cleaner to wipe counters after cooking, and no spices or bare necessities for cooking. I really wish there was more comfortable patio furniture to enjoy the views. A fire table or some outdoor space heaters would be great to enjoy the patio and the views during the colder months. The driveway is very tight for large vehicles. We drove and expedition and an f350 and we can barely turn around to leave the driveway due to the narrowness and the drop off ledges. I fell this is definitely something that needs to be mentioned in the listing. There are only 6 bath towels, 6 wash cloths, and 6 hand towels in the house. Zero kitchen towels. For a family of 5, that’s just not enough towels. I’ve never been to a rental home where there weren’t more towels stored somewhere. We had to wash towels multiple times while there for a week. The water has a strong well taste. It’s definitely not water that tastes good to drink, cook with, or make coffee with. The floors were dirty upon arrival. After a couple hours here, our feet and socks were black from walking on the floor. There’s a wood burning fireplace upstairs and in the basement room. But no firewood And no mention of providing your own wood in the listing. Our family would loved to have had a fire. This is something the owner should ask before arrival, I’m sure there is a local firewood deliver person around somewhere to avoid buying it from Publix. The blow dryers that are provided in each bathroom get really hot but don’t blow with enough force to dry. After 10 minutes, I gave up with soaking hair I’m hoping this honest review will let people know what to bring with them to make their stay more enjoyable.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was the perfect place for family and very comfortable; it had everything we needed. The views of the mountains were outstanding from inside the air B&B and out on the balcony! It was just beautiful here. We also loved that it was so close to downtown Gatlinburg. Just as pictured, this house was perfect for a special family celebration weekend! Super clean, fully stocked with cookware, and had very comfortable furniture and bedding. The house layout gave each little family privacy and space. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay so much it was just as described and very clean. The furniture was probably the most comfortable we’ve ever had in a rental property and the location made this the perfect fit for us. Can’t wait until we return next year!

We had a wonderful stay. We stayed 3 days. It was clean, the view is beautiful. We had bears 2 days in a row. We loved it. And plan to be back next year.

This house could’ve been any better, and the owner was so quick to reply to all my questions and the beds were amazing. The view was incredible. Four of the five were disappointed they didn’t get to see a bear, but one was very happy!! I would highly recommend this house there’s plenty of room, and everything was very nicely decorated and very comfortable!!!

The stay was awesome. Very clean. The views are awesome. The road and driveway are a little bit of a challenge on a motorcycle but doable. Had a great time. Also saw 2 bear on the road right near the house. Definitely will rent again!!!

Pictures are true to how great the house is and some things are updated since the photos! Beautiful view off front porch, that is where we spent most of our time when at the house! We had three separate families and everyone had their own space and enough room when we were all together! Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Property is.exactly as pictures. We had a very relaxing weekend. Cooking breakfast and dinner waa easy with all the pots and pans supplied. Chalet is located close enough to everything that we were able to come back for a break in activities before heading out again. Would definitely stay again!

We had an awesome time at the Greystone House. Plenty of room and very close to the National Park and downtown Gatlinburg. Got to see a bear on the first night and a bobcat on the last evening!
