nothing, left straight away after arrival

this is not a resort, not 4+ star resort, not even one star, poor parking, only one pool, below any standard, I felt shame to my guest and immediately left and started looking for another hotel/resort, moved to Grand Hill Hotel/resort, same stars but a world of difference. Since we arrived early in the d'Oasis and returned the keys, informing them that their facilities are not as stated in their website, they advised to request for a refund, which I hope booking.com can do
