Ventilation holes in the wall don’t prevent insects from entering the vella, and main gate should be completely covered be metal to provide more privacy.

- access to the location: the traffic is very bad, heavily congested and with the risk of getting block anytime. No freedom to go any where. - house-wares are not clean, sometimes broken. Bugs are scattered on beds and floors. - No service-guy attending the property. Don't expect any support, eg. for cleaning of beds, floors, collecting garbage, etc. - Water flow at the second floor is very low.
