Overall the house was great for our family. The pool and outdoor space is lovely. However, We didn’t utilize the outdoor area much at all due to the horrible rainy weather.
The pool alarm is quite alarming when it’s set off! But probably a good safety feature if you have young kids. The Anaheim area rules are pretty strict! Not allowing you to be outside of the house between 10pm and 9am.
The layout of the house is great and felt spacious.
The fridge has filtered water and ice which was great to have. Lots of dishes for meals and a great dining table.
Overall the house was surface clean but really needs a deep clean. (Stains on blinds, water damage on bathroom floor boards, dinged walls etc). Both large beds need updated mattresses. Both are very uncomfortable and feel worn out.
Would we stay again?? Yes. The house is in a nice area and worked well for our family.

This is an awesome family house - especially when visiting Disneyland.
Very comfortable, had everything we needed. Not the most comfortable beds, but we made do. The alarm on the outside door took a bit to get used to.. we definitely set it off more than a few times, but very grateful for the safety of it.
We were given a late checkout which was really helpful, and then a day later we realized we were missing our daughter’s doll. The manager went above and beyond searching for us - with no luck unfortunately - but again very grateful for kind people!

Watching Disney fireworks every night from the front yard was super cool. Pool and whirlpool were clean and well-maintained. House is worn, cabinetry is chipped, kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and glasses, but needs new non-stick pans. We had to message maintenance regarding the oven door not closing properly and the freezer not cooling. He responded the same day and came to take a look. I asked for sharp knives and a can opener (the one inside the unit was rusted and did not function). He brought them right away.
Our biggest issue, and the reason we would not book this property again, was the noise from the neighbors throwing a party with a DJ and very loud music from 10PM-3AM! Music so loud it rattled the windows and walls of the master bedroom. We messaged/emailed the property manager, who replied she was not available for the entire week we were there. Maintenance said there was nothing they could do since it was Christmas Eve. It was such a horrible experience for us.

We stayed with family and our children had lots of fun! The home seemed older than expected but the over house and all of the amenities was great. Just a couple minute drive to Disneyland.

The property was great, it met my groups needs and was as listed. The house is older and could use some upgrades but it was priced accordingly in my opinion. The big drawback to this property has nothing to do with the property managers but that of the city. It is very frustrating that you can’t be outside past 10pm because of a noise ordinance yet the neighbors are outside partying well into the early morning hours. It was slightly creepy when we thought we could sit quietly outside only to have someone come on over an outside camera speaker to tell us to go inside. The neighbors dogs bark a lot and made more noise than we ever did even in daily light.

Wow. This is the way VRBOs should always be. Great communication, patient responses (I got confused about billing) and then during the stay everything went smoothly and it was amazing. We had two families, four adults and three kids and the space was perfect. The pool was great, the hot tub fantastic and so close to Disney. The door alarm was a little finicky, but no big deal. The place was exactly as shown in the pictures. What really made it stand out was the staff who takes care of customers - no worries on texts or messages not being read or replies to. Ever. Thank you all for a great trip. We will be back and will stay at one of your properties.

The property was perfect for our family with teenagers and an uncle with plenty of room for privacy. Very good location to Disney but also to drive to LA area and the beach. Check in was very easy and well communicated. The cleaning crew did leave a pile of wet towels in the laundry and also a pile of used bandaids by the pool. I did notify the person in charge and they said they would send the cleaning crew back but they never came. We just dried the towels but didn’t use them as no clue if they were dirty but didn’t want them to mold and I disinfected the pool area that had the bandaid pile. Overall not a huge issue and I’m sure if I made more calls they would have come back out to fix it but faster to do it ourself. Great outside area. Very tranquil besides the neighbors dog that could be heard occasionally. Would stay again here.

Limited use of pool cause of noise ordinance made our use of the pool limited. Disney was a 3/4 mile walk so we didn’t need to park at Disney. Overall it was a great house

We stayed her for a week with another family. Customer service was so kind and helpful. We walked to the Disney parks with our kids twice which saved us on parking fees. Overall we loved our stay and used the pool/spa almost daily! Only bummer was the barking dogs next door, so bring ear plugs or a sound machine. We would happily stay here again!

The backyard is beautiful, tall trees make it feel very secluded. BBQ grill and outdoor chairs were very nice to use.
The house was very clean and well stocked. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed, plenty of dishes for our group and lots of cupboard space for food. Plenty of table seating.
Walking distance to Disneyland - just under a mile to Downtown Disney and about 1.4 miles to the Park entrance.
Only complaint - the game room/laundry room is accessed off the 2nd master bedroom which was a little awkward.

We had a great stay during our Disney trip. The house was a nice base for our adventure during the day and the pool was great for our "rest" day. The kids loved the ping pong table, but the pool table could use some updating (new cue sticks and some chalk). We would definitely consider staying here again!

If you want a place that is a relaxed oasis after a busy day at Disney this is your place. Pool is stunning. Having a kitchen and plenty of interior space to be was wonderful for parents and kids alike. My husband and I enjoyed watching the nightly fireworks from the hot tub. Communication with the property manager was good. My only drawbacks are there are many rules and strict guidelines on check in/check out. We payed to check in an hour early but all of that was in the original contract. The house gets a lot of use and could use some minor repairs and refreshing given the nightly cost. Overall a lovely experience.

This property is as described. Our vacation included my husband and me, my daughter, SIL, two grandchildren aged 6 and 4, and my other adult daughter. We did have a few issues during our stay, but the maintenance person, Jeff, was quick to respond and was able to take care of the problems to the best of his ability. A new faucet was replaced in the main bedroom the same day that I texted, but the hot tub had to be remotely reset several times. Jeff even came to the property to see if it could be resolved on site. The backyard area is great and we spent our last day chilling at the house and using the pool. The temperature was quite warm, so it was a perfect last day. The outdoor furniture needs some additional loungers and some of the chairs need replacing. The main bedroom is on a different side of the house, so it’s perfect for grandparents, like us, to have our own wing. Bathrooms, and bedrooms are fine, but the house needs more hooks in all the bathrooms. Be prepared to live out of your suitcase, as there are no dressers or cubbies. The main living space is great, with ample couch seating for all of us (7) to sit together watching a movie. The location of the house is great, about 5 minutes to Disney parking. We also went to Long Beach, Huntington, and Newport Beach, which were each under an hour travel time. At night, you can see the Disney fireworks from the hot tub; perfect! The house needs some updates and little conveniences, but our time there was still great!

We had 9 guests total and the house was spacious enough that we did not feel cramped. The master bed was not very comfortable, but decent enough even at 6 months pregnant. We were a little bummed that there were no ping pong balls in the game room and the sticks for pool were missing the tips, but we did not end up using the game room for it to really be an issue. The property was very clean and we loved the pool.

Nice 4 bedroom house with pool and spa that's walkable to Disney (10-15 min walk to Disney parking garage where you can get a tram to security). Place could use some TLC, but overall it had everything we needed for 2 families including 3 kids under 7. Would stay again.
The not so good:
Alarm on the back door is very annoying, but nothing can be done about it -- it's law. Noise ordinance is also unlike anything we've experienced elsewhere. It doesn't make sense to only apply that to renters as the neighbors can make as much noise as they want.
Things that need some attention:
-Master bathroom sink has almost no pressure. Impossible to use.
-Microwave had not been cleaned before arrival.
-Better label on the recycling garbage can.
-Spa instructions are wrong - you need to hold the spa button (#1) for an excessively long time for the red light to go on.
-Holes for ceiling sprinklers in main room are an eye sore and were done without care.
-Neighbor's dog barked quite a bit.

The location of the property could not have been any better for us to go to Disneyland! We still rented a car but the drive was only a hop, skip and a jump away. Great location for quick to and from especially if you have kids. A few things were getting a bit outdated in the home, but overall our stay was a pleasant one. Mahalo!

The house was perfect for our family of 4, with 3 grandparents. the master bedroom was on the other side of the house where grandparents stayed then kids, parents and 1 grandma stayed on the other side of the house- with the game room and bunks. House was a short drive to Disneyland. would recommend this house to anyone going with a few different families!

Good choice for a large family gathering! All amenities as advertised. We would absolutely rent this home again. Rules are easy to comply with. Large TV in each room, and good internet service. Pool and hot tub were a large reason we chose this home. Only suggestions for improvement would be a quicker (or newer) coffee pot, and better water volume in the master sink. A list of shopping areas could be included in the arrival notebook.

This was a great property for our short family vacation to Disneyland. Nice to have a living area to sit and visit after long days. Wish the City Rules would have allowed us to be outside before 9 AM - with 2 active boys in our group even going out to throw a football wasnt allowed. Defiinitely didn't get to enjoy the pool and hot tub since we didn't tend to return from Disney until after 10. We had thought at least us adults could be quiet and go out but once we arrived we saw that was not the case. The neighbors dogs barking at times seemed more of an annoyance then non-partying adults being outside after 10 and kids being outside before 9 am. Overall it was a great location - fast to Disneyland and clean.

A group of 7 mom friends and one infant fit nicely at the house. (A pack n play, high chair, and a few strollers are at the house.) It was a great location for walking to Disneyland each day. The house is close enough to walk back mid day for a rest, but the walk is just long enough that it doesn’t really save your feet from more steps, it just gave us a chance to cool off in the pool. It’s true you can see the fireworks from the driveway. Beware the neighbors dog who barks non stop after 10 pm. I wish the noise ordinance was enforced for dogs too. Everything was clean and in working order and our group of friends agreed it was a great location and layout for us.

We enjoyed our stay at this rental. It was clean, well maintained and the staff were helpful and responsive. The neighborhood is older and most neighbors are quiet, but the neighbors next door. . .well, sometimes they have noisy gatherings or decide to use noisy machinery at odd hours ( this is disconcerting knowing there are strict rules about when you can be outside.)
The best part of this house for us was the pool. My grandson spent all of his time there when we weren’t off exploring.
My criteria for making a recommendation is whether I would choose to rent again. . .and in this case I would.

It took a while to the code to get into the house. I tried calling Ladonna and someone answered and accused me of not being who I was and hung up on me. We waited outside for about 15-20 mins to be able to get inside.

The house was great with only one blind in the blue bunk bedroom not rolling up. The beds need to be replaced in both master suites - they are very soft and sagging and the blue bunk beds are hard as a rock. The back yard is super great. The pool and jacuzzi are great and the jacuzzi gets nice and hot. The city noise ordinance is very restrictive so read the contract carefully. But my overall feeling is the house was great.
