The staff are exceptional, location is great, breakfast and restaurant were very good. Rooms are nice, spacious and clean!

The Evening and morning front reception/check in staff (Girls - Both names started with M's sorry forgot their names) we exceptional.

Staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful.
The pool was a little dirty.
No benches around designated smoking areas.

Clean room and comfortable bed. My flight was delayed overnight and they were very helpful to send the van driver right away for a pick up at the airport at 1am.

The staff was very accommodating especially Kevin the shuttle drive. He saw us walking to a convenience store, recognized us as guests of the hotel and offered to drive us.

Room was very noisy, next to some sort of utility room. Asked for change of room but said they were overbooked by 12 rooms. Due to an issue with reservation system, I was locked out of my room after 2 days. Then told I couldn't get into the room due to only my husband being on the reservation (despite me having checked in my myself 2 days earlier). Got a new card only to discover it didn't work to let me out of the parking lot. It all seemed a bit disorganized for what is supposed to be an upscale hotel.
Unorganized. Noisy room. Expensive parking.
