Huge bathroom and white glove cleanliness

Metal bed frames, smell in the bathroom, dirty bathtub with hair still in the drain, brown water that came out of sink, wheelchair left outside marked "Psych Ward" barb wire fence on the backside of property, man looking inside our vehicle as we checked in

The staff was friendly. When informed about my issue the young man moved us to a different room. He was polite and professional.

the shower/tub was visibly thirty with hair in the tub and walls. there was a sticker on the wall that tells me house keeping did not clean. One of two bed linens had hair on pillows and sheets. The other room given to us unfortunately was also not clean and smelled very of smoke.

I am homeless ,I was going to pay another day but was told I was not welcome to stay another day cause my son left his ashes in the room. So they throw us out...I was there for a week...he did smoke out side...but they were not listening to me...

Nice room pretty good staff excellent price quiet and comfy the king size bed was very comfortable and it was perfect lying in bed watching a nice tv with many channels the size of room was adequate and we had. No problem checking out we were well rested

They didn't offer a smoking section it was not very easy to go off property as it was raining and many homeless in the area also we were receive by a person who did not want to be there as she must of had to come in because they were short handed she voiced her negativeness as well as other staff members did as well made us feel like they didn't want us there

not very clean at all house keepers do a poor job of cleaning beds need more pillows and better towels

GREAT STAY AS USUAL. I AM FRQUENTLY STAY HERE ALMOST EVERY FRIDAY FOR FEW MONTHS NOW..USUALLY STAY 3 TO 3 DAYS.
