Really enjoyed our stay! The place is small, but it was just the two of us and only in the room to sleep! Great amenities. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, books for reading and all the items you would need to cook in if you so desired. Would go back.

My daughter and I stayed here for 5 nights, we really enjoyed it! Super close to the boardwalk, which has tons of fun things for us to do. Also super close to the beach! Convenient location for having Uber drivers pick us up if we wanted to adventure further out. Even had Instacart delivered and nobody ever had a problem with finding the location. Rob was great at responding to messages and even apologized when the pool was closed unexpectedly. My daughter and I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Would highly recommend any one that wants to be almost on the beach to give Bob a try. He was attentive and helpful when needed. We will be going back before the end of the year and staying at his condo.

Omg we just needed a place to stay in south Florida for a few days and WOW was I impressed. 1st off Bob and his wife were very pleasant and got in touch with us quickly. But the room had everything you can imagine. Parking was great and the location was terrific. The owners thought of everything and I challenged my wife to find something the place needs. She couldn't. We had a wonderful getaway and will book again.

A truly enjoyable vacation experience. Cozy and comfortable. Swim in the ocean or pool. Stroll along the beach or broadwalk. Choose from a variety of nearby restaurants. Bob was very accommodating and was on-hand to immediately correct a problem with the tv. We can’t wait for our next vacation to return.

Had a very enjoyable stay in a perfect location. Property is exactly as described, clean, with a very comfortable queensized murphy bed and good pillows. The kitchen is small but very well equipped with everything you'll need. Although there is no oven, the microwave and toaster and 2 burners make preparing meals easy. The boardwalk and beach are just a just a few steps away. Many bars and restaurants, some with free entertainment, are a short walk away. Bob is an very good host who returns messages quickly.

Loved how close it was to the beach. Shower could be alittle bigger but it got the job done.

The location is perfect. Right next to the beach but not in a busy area. 10 minute walk south on the boardwalk to a livelier area with live music, shops and food. Best tacos at the Taco Joint. Pool was always clean and quiet. Host was very welcoming. Lots of clear information and everything was easy to find. Air conditioning works well. Lots of lighting options. Linens and towels felt and smelled amazing. Bed and pillows were very comfy. Lots of supplies provided. Much more than I expected. Many options for streaming on television. Good parking. Lots of storage spaces. Would definitely book again

Excellent stay. Great apartment near ocean (75) steps to beach. Well equipped kitchen. Excellent communication with owner. Easy check in with keypad. Beach chairs, etc available. If available, will definitely stay here again and again.

This studio is perfect for a two person beach getaway. Steps away from the broad-walk and the sandy shore. The kitchenette really came in handy and was a plus. The assigned parking was one less head ache to deal with as we drive to Florida. We will definitely stay here again.

We came down after Thanksgiving to enjoy some sunshine and quiet time we walked the broadwalk ate at the restaurants and thoroughly enjoyed our time this place has all you need to relax and enjoy your stay.....

Literally steps from the beach!
What a hidden gem! Bobs place did not disappoint. The picture shows it is a small place but it was so convenient. The bathroom was nice and clean, the kitchen was just right for what we needed. Rules are fair enough, Bob makes it easy to understand where everything is. And the Beach is literally around the corner. We had a great time at the boardwalk, short walks to restaurants, shops and bars. We’ll definitely be back next time we head out to Miami area.
