Decor was nice

Misrepresented online, was presented as cabin. Very small on the third floor with public hot tub and pool that closed at 8pm.

Very clean , cozy, beautiful view, extra blankets and Lenin were available. Coffee was available.fast response from the office when we needed new key code.

We had no signal in the phone. Code didn't work we had to call and get new one . We didn't like the stairs.

The location, it was quiet and all the way on top of mountain. Seen a nice crime black bear in the parking lot

The beds were too soft

Easy to find and booking owner services very easily reached, helped immediately to get in when original door code did not work.

No internet though a storm had hit the area recently and this may have been the cause. Building itself v run down w some loud guests

The unit was in a good location to take day trips. Close to town and the national forest. We had a daily visitor (bear) that came by to check all the car doors to verify they were locked. Was fun to watch.

Had a bit of trouble getting the key code prior to arrival. Tried calling the property manager and had to wait a short while to get the code. The drive up to the unit was a little difficult on winding narrow roads.

The interior was beautiful. very homey feels and comfortable.

The drive up the mountain 90 degree turns there was a no elevators

The condo itself was wonderful however there were some things that could add like grab bars in the bathroom, hooks on the back of the bathroom doors to hang robes or towels. The view was spectacular!

It would have been nice to know that there were so many stairs to get into the unit. The main complaint where the roads up nowhere and any of the literature does it tell how steep the roads are and how many sharp curves you have to make. When we finally arrived we could not access the condo because the key code to get in did not work I was given a second code for the lock and it did not work. We were finally given the maintenance code to get into our unit. We had a problem with the trapdoor to the Attic access being open I called the number and no one ever return my call I mean never which I thought was ridiculous!!

dangerous location to drive at night time ! My son was so scared on our way there!!!
