lovely place, the apartment was clean and all rooms were a good size. The pool was nice and was cleaned every morning it looked beautiful at night. Great communication from the staff and easy to get a taxi outside the apartment. Would stay here again

it didn’t have a kettle but had a coffee maker (we are from the UK) everything was perfect!

The property is very clean and spacious. there is an elevator just in case you don’t want to walk up. we had a parking space and it’s in s gated community. there is a pool for guest to use. I really enjoyed myself. I will definitely stay here again.

The flat was spacious, clean and the facilities were great. The swimming pool. Promptness of the response to any issues.

Because of the location you need to take taxis if you don't have a car. However, the taxis outside ask extortionate rates - £20 one way into Tulum beach. I feel we should have been made aware of this as we probably wouldn't have chosen this location. In the end, we realised we could walk a short distance and flag them down and negotiate but the cheapest we got was still £12. Worth bearing in mind. These two issues are probably outside of their control but the behaviour of other residents: 1. we saw one arrive with two large dogs which jumped into the small pool. Not exactly hygenic. 2. The flat below decided to bring out a massive speaker and play loud music all day by the pool on the one day we decided to stay in. It meant we felt unable to enjoy the pool as it seemed to have been taken over by these few people. The absence of any guide book - re nearest supermarket, coffee shops etc Where to put rubbish etc No information is provided at all.

The apartment is beautiful, we felt like home it had a washer and dryer and that was a plus for me with 3 kids getting wet all day. The decor in the apartment is beautiful and modern our kids enjoyed watching movies in Netflix .Our 2 bedroom apartment had a private entrance where you feel safe. The complex was really clean and quiet pool was nice my kids enjoyed it. We enjoyed our stay my husband loves to read he had a lot of quiet time in the balcony even tho there was construction next door the noise didn’t bother us. we will definitely come back and stay here.

I had to re-washed some of the towels that didn’t smell clean but washer was there and problem was solved.

Located close enough to the party & beach hotel area. very close to Gitano Beach Club. Close to the downtown area. Gated and generally quiet.

You can hear music from other properties/ parties. They ask you to pay a deposit 2 days before you arrive. I have edited this review. 2 days after we left the property we have been sent photos of "wear and tear" damage to furniture in the apartment. We are told we will be charged $100 for damages to fabric on a bench, scratches and scuffs on a bed leg, scratches on a dinning table leg, and other random wear and tear that is literally impossible for us to have done as we do not have any pets. We were barely in the unit, we rented it because of proximity to places we wanted to visit, eat, dine, party, etc. We literally only slept in the unit. There is no one there when you check in, so i should have recorded the entire apartment, just as i do when i rent a car, There was no one there when i checked out, so, there is no one to look over the property after you leave. This is a normal scam in Mexico and they will do this to you if you are not prepared. This is a learning for us, we will treat our rentals like we treat the car rental companies, with no trust, you rent a property, you record the condition, when you leave, you record the condition and keep it. Do not use a debit card, make sure you use a credit card when booking so that you are protected. While the location and facilities met our needs, the moment they were demanding a deposit 2 days before arrival, i should have known something was wrong. I am an ex Booking.com employee and I will make sure an account manager for this region of Tulum knows about this residences practices. I will attach the photos that they sent to us of the "fake" damage they want $100 to repair.

A very spacious and tastefully decorated apartment, American-sized washer and dryer a big plus! Comfy bed, very well equipped kitchen, great pool, great courtyard, safe district.

The only small inconvenience we've encountered was a strong smell of mold from one of the kitchen cupboards that we couldn't get rid of in a week, athough if you don't plan on using kitchen a lot, you might as well keep it shut, then the smell is OK.

excellent location between Tulum beach and the city center, the apartment is very cozy and clean! the concierge was very friendly and helped with a lot of recommendations around town.

The place was beautiful and comfortable. We lived having our own space near our group. The decor was beautiful. I would stay here again. I liked the experience and the location near restaurants and not too far from the beach since we rented a car.

There was one girl who stayed in the front area and used our wifi pretending to be staying at the condo next to us. We found out later she had just snuck in and was using the space and pool freely. Better security for intruders would be ideal. Some guests leave the door open to avoid using the code. Which allows people to take advantage of the space without paying..

i love everything about this place! Easy access to both Tulum Pueblo and Tulum beach. It's located in a new real estate development in Tulum. Super quiet at nice which is nice for a good sleep. Will book this place again next time I come back to Tulum. A big should out to Mariano. He was an amazing host and a good friend to me in Tulum!!!

The apartment is equipped to an almost perfect standard! It’s honestly the nicest apartment that we’ve stayed in. It felt like a home from home! The pool area is immaculate and so incredibly beautiful!

The construction noise for 12 hours a day really stopped us being able to even stay in the apartment most days. The side road next to the apartment is an almost non stop highway way for heavy machinery.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The location of the property is excellent, close to cafes, bars, and restaurants.

We cleaned the hot tub to use it, and it was full of ants and cockroaches inside the holes for the hydromassage. The inside of the apartment was super clean, but the outside (where the hot tub is) not so much.

The wifi is not very reliable, so this place might not be adequate for those who travel for work. Additionally, take into consideration that over the past years, beaches have been full of sargassum. This, of course, is not the responsibility of the property but consider you might not be able to swim in the ocean.

The apartment and condo were exactly like in the pictures! It was spacious, the kitchen had many appliances, the pool was great, we could see it being cleaned every morning. The location was also good, easily accessible.

The jacuzzi was somewhat dirty and had a broken piece, which made us not use it at all. It was unfortunate, since that was the main feature that made me pick this property. The bed sheets felt damp and had a weird smell on the first night.

Perfect location, Apartments are amazing.

We actually stayed at Puerta Zama Condominium Natura condo 107 since the apartment reserved at Moskito had issues of which we were notified in advance. At Natura the apartment walls were dirty and damaged throughout the apartment. The comforters on all the beds looked dirty and there was damages to other areas. Outside the apartment, the pool and grounds and landscaping were superb. So the apartment was 1.5 to 2 star and the exterior landscaping 5 star. Laurie was superb with a 5 star rating. If only the apartment was maintained, it would have been a 5 star plus rating for the entire experience.

At Natura the apartment walls were dirty and damaged throughout the apartment. The comforters on all the beds looked dirty and there was damages to other areas.

The condo it self was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again we also felt very safe as we were coming in different times of the morning from partying
