We arrived early and we were able to get into our condo a couple of hours early.

It's a 20-25 minute drive from Resort Rental office to the condo. What was worse is that the keys didn't work well. When your hands are full of beach items or bags of groceries when you have to jiggle the handles, pull on doorknob, or set everything down and then finally get the door open you're really frustrated. The condo itself is average at best. Worse when we talked to other guest staying in a 3 bedroom to find out they paid the same we did for a 2 bedroom. The shelves in the refrigerator are broken. The dining table legs and chair legs were dusty. The chairs worn. It took 15 minutes to figure out how to get hot water in the master bath shower. The balcony sliding door is difficult at best and doesn't slide well as well being difficult to lock. The pool was nice. The beach great but I find it interesting that an area that relies on tourism wouldn't have the city feel it's important to clean the beach when it became full of seaweed and dead fish due to "red tide". We love the area because there are great places to eat and shop but compared to other beach towns we have stayed, (Destin, Ft. Walton, Ft. Myers Beach) when it's all said and done, I would choose them over here.
