The location was amazing. Walk right onto the beach and great view from the balcony (for the whole building not private per room.) In all it was a decent stay and the beds were comfortable.

Hot water didn't work in kitchen. Barely got warm in bath. Had to warm water in microwave for sink and washing dishes. When arriving noticed floors were still fairly sandy, so we swept. There was an area that looked like it might get frequently missed, so swept that too (between couch and table) and used swiffer to mop a bit. The room was quite a bit smaller than expected (the pictures make it look wider and leave out the wall that semi encloses the bed. The couch is now facing the bed, so your extra guests are staring at you all night, anyone on pullout couch brd can no longer see the TV (based on how it was arranged in pictures) and it would have been easier to walk through from other side of bed. There were only towels for each person for 1 day (which I had beach towels but only 1 washcloth per person). I know there was a laundry on site so not sure if we were expected to wash our towels washcloths for longer stay. Also there was only 1 roll of toilet paper. (We bought more since we never got a response from our calls to company and I don't think anyone was on site like an office). Steps were steeper than I expected and top step was taller than the others *just as a be aware. Parking lot was narrow and with big trucks hard to pass through and sometime scrape at front entrance. In all I know I paid less than most places in the area but I feel like with the cleaning fees it should have been clean when we arrived at 4pm. Lack of hot water may have been a deal breaker. Lack of any communication back is a deal breaker. I will look for different accommodations next time as we stay in the St Petersburg Beach area several times a year usually. I won't count out the location totally but definitely won't get this unit again.

Location to Beach.

The fact that it was upstairs. I had injured my ankle prior to our Vacation, wasn’t able to change anything due to time frame. I was afraid they’d not believe me if we tried to ask for different accommodations so we didn’t try. It was a lot more work for my poor husband.More pain for me.

It was right on the beach. It was quiet. We had everything we needed. Great kitchen.

The bed was to soft.
