Very nice staff, Beautiful outdoor pool and games

Location is everything you could wish for, right on the beach

Very dated room with uncomfortable bed, the resort was tidy but tired.

location and view of the beach. Friendly staff and great value. Almost every room has a view of the ocean, the second floor has a better views.

The only problem was the tub didn’t drain very well which is a common problem in Florida

the property was right on the water and easy access to places the apt like room was great lots of room loved having a living room and a bedroom would stay again

the door knob to room wasn’t the best needs to be repaired and the WiFi is spotty but other then that it was a great stay

The location was absolutely perfect The View was beautiful the owner Ted was extraordinary and he did a fantastic job with helping us with our air conditioning problem we will definitely be back

I really don't think anything could have been better although I do think some of the rooms need updated air conditioning or central air that's the only thing I could possibly say

The location was about the only benefit of the property. There is nothing else that is a like on this property. The surrounding area is nice and the closeness to John's Pass could be advantageous.

The room was out dated. The bed was very uncomfortable, bouncy and dipped down. The stove looked like it could be a fire hazard so we didn't use it. The air conditioner is a window unit that was the smallest one sold. It was not the correct size to cool the room so the room was always warm to semi hot. If it wasn't for the two hurricane fans we travel with we would have just left and taken the 2000 dollar loss in payment. The WiFi had the reliability of nothing and when you did get it is was so slow it was useless. The property was hardly ever cleaned up. Trash, beach items every where and deck furniture never straightened. The stay for 10 days and 2000 was in no way worth it. They should charge maybe 50 dollars a night since the conditions are similar to a dollar 8 motel.

Our AC was at 62 and the room was hot and customer service was horrible our TV didn’t work either

Family oriented place and feels like home away from home with the size of the apartments.

The location was beach front. It had Nice views. The girl who checked us in was super nice. Nice restaurant across the street. Great sunsets.

Very out dated and run down, only one staff in office during stay, pool disguising, ac super loud all night {took a video), bathroom so small you can barley fit in there and I am 5'2, toilet very low to the ground knees almost touch the wall, the room and hotel needs a good coat of paint, updating and a good cleaning! The faucets/drains/blinds looks like they are all original. Have lots of photos if anyone cares! I posted 6 of them.

View is beautiful. More than I expected when I saw "Motel" but it was a full kitchen not mini. Beds were comfortable. Beach is right there. Not too fancy it's family perfect.

Having to leave!!! Wish we could stay a little longer. So relaxing.

open to the beach, other guests are very friendly enjoyed socializing with the friends I made, loved the area and the vibe rooms inside were clean tidy for what we needed many restaurants to eat at the happy place the frog and sweet sage must check out these areas also local food stores are close to drive to if you want to bbq kitchen area has everything small refrigerator stores across the street also pizza polar across the way didn’t eat there this trip I’m pretty local about 1 hour or so away may return some day will not stay in a studio unit because of no privacy !

the 3 studio units are too close together by the court yard no privacy by studios if you want to sit outdoors the ac is right by the bed very loud can’t hear the tv over the table I did ask for a upstairs unit when I booked I wasn’t offered by staff to relocate to another unit I also asked for towels since they don’t offer housekeeping in room due to Covid precautions after that request I sent my husband to deal with front desk Wi-Fi is extremely terrible and my husband had difficulty with getting tv to work should be done by staff beforehand pool nice and clean chairs need straps replaced and cleaning umbrellas broken sprinklers and lights turned off at night on property hazard of safety precautions just my advice to make it better for future guests

location , room size and layout. good choice of restaurants right across the street and within east travel distance.

not a complaint but a heads up that shampoo / conditioner was not provided would have been helpful. Personally, I always carry my own but expect as a basic standard that they are supplied. also, despite a nice kitchenette there was no dish soap/ sponge. not a complaint- just a note!!

The swimming pool and beach. Very clean. Friendly staff and other residents were also helpful and friendly.
