the doorkeeper was very rude he was refusing to let my friend’s husband in, plus there were no tv no tissue nothing in the apartment totally empty wouldn’t try it again

wide place,clean and the location is not noisy

the sofa is very hard and painful for someone to sit on ,also the mattresses of beds is very hard and not comfortable, I think apartment needs more carpets

The facility was great but lacking a lot of things. Like soaps at least for the guests to wash up. The gate keeper's wife was welcoming she did her best to help. The owner answered my calls and also did his best to provide us a good stay.

The facility didn't have a decent internet or TV. When I asked for soaps, the owner said we are not a hotel we don't provide that. When I asked the gate keeper to get me one soap he said sorry we don't use it. It took me time to understand that I can order it online. Plus electricity blacked out and the fridge was broken.

So suitable for families especially big ones.

The smiling on the flat very bad and it was a very bad night for me + no clean for the flat and i booked for 1 person i paid for bedrooms after that i asked him for small studio and he no answer he just give me the key and disappeared

No one to clean the property, staff unfriendly, the furniture very poor and the staff didn’t have any response to the guests requests It’s the most bad experience with the properties related to Booking.com
