Yes. Tolip algalaa was very poor toilets not working shower faulty. Changed two rooms

This hotel needs updating and full renovation. Of the Tolip family (like Gardenia, Alnarjis) this hotel is lowest quality of furniture, carpet and bathroom finishing. Hope the administration look into that. I don’t understand the concept of not accepting food delivery in the Tolip hotels, you cannot force guests to eat from your restaurants only. I urge the administration to review this policy.

Nice hotel , excellent staff. No walking distance, shops or restaurants. have to use a taxi , if you want to go anywhere

The location is good as it is close to the airport, very large property and next door to a park if you enjoy going for walk or ourdoor exercise. The staff were very helpful

the bathroom needs maintenance for several reason and it is below hotel standards. The cleaning process needs to be improved as the floor and furniture was bit dusty.

Staff are friendly Salah and khalil were very friendly, they made our stay much more comfortable.

I traveled for a business off-season. Check-in was super easy. The room included a stand for luggage. Hot and cold waters ran strong. The staff felt sincerely friendly and helpful. Wifi was useful for business purposes. Uber or taxi was available usually within 6-10 min of wait. The bed was comfortable, and no noises were coming into the room. Breakfast fruits.

I missed slippers - as I don't take them with me, I rely on in-hotel slippers to move around in the room. The variety of breakfast was OK, only all pastries were still wrapped in plastic over the plate - I'd appreciate lower variety, but better access.

Nice place , staff very friendly and helpful especially at the reception and at the restaurent. Mr Salah at the reception is quite helpful and friendly. Location is close to the high way and not far from the famous cairo festival mall. Breakfast is v nice with lots of special egyptian tasty food!
