I love everything about this hotel, from the location to the hotel room, everything was perfect for a solo traveller like me. The staff also were very helpful. The plus point was there’s place for traveller to put their lugagge before check in time so I didn’t have to drag my luggage around while strolling around the city before check-in time.

個性的で楽しかった。今回はコストパフォーマンス優先で仕事での利用として予約しましたが、次回の京都訪問では特に孫の男の子二人を連れて利用したいです。

受付の方(恐竜)と、部屋にあった足のマッサージ機と、一階に漫画があったこと。ベッドは大きめで快適でした。駅からも近くて便利でした。

The lobby is VERY quiet. With the robot raptors, it can feel a little uneasy. Light music would've easily elevated the experience.

京都駅八条東口から歩いてすぐで、特に新幹線でのアクセスにはとても便利なロケーションです。すぐ近場にセブンイレブンがあるのも便利です。噂の恐竜が出迎えてくれるチェックインも、宿泊税の支払いも含めて難なくスムーズに行う事ができました。部屋はシングルでの予約でしたがツインにアサインしてくれました。それもあり部屋の広さは十分で、バストイレが別でバスタブも比較的余裕のある広さなのはうれしいです。清掃も行き届いてとても快適でした。部屋に備え付けてあったフットマッサージャーがなにげに良かったです。京都での宿の価格相場を考えるとコストパフォーマンスがとても良い部類に入ると思います。

チェックイン時に朝食に関する案内が無かったように思います。実際は、朝食会場に行って部屋番号を告げるだけでOKでしたが、朝食無しプランだったかな？と自分で予約内容の確認が必要でした。朝食の価格設定の割に、品数・クオリティが少し寂しい気がします。

駅近なのが一番の嬉しかったです。

洗面台が狭くて浅い事とちゃんとした脱衣スペースが無かったことがマイナスポイントでした。

バス、トイレ別なのはツインに宿泊したので、とても良かったです。 お部屋はとても綺麗で清潔感があって、快適に過ごせました。 特にこの時期は部屋の乾燥が気になっていたのですが、部屋に加湿＆空気清浄機が置いてあったのは有り難かったです。

ホテルが綺麗でした！立地も駅に近くてよかったです。 トイレお風呂が別で観光から帰ってきた後、足を伸ばしてお風呂に入ることが出来ました。 エコ清掃とありましたが、布団も綺麗に直してありびっくりしました。連泊なのでそのままで良かったのに！と思いました！

ハンガーをかける場所がベットの方にも少しあったらよかったなと思いました。（洗濯した後、エアコンの風がある方で少し乾かせたかなぁーと思い…）

The dinosaurs at check in and check out, peak quirk. Location is excellent, 3 minutes from the train station. Rooms were larger than expected and well stocked with amenities.

Just a short walk to the train station and 7-11 is just downstairs and very convenient.

Aircon was not cold and found out that the aircon filter was filled with dust and we took out the filter and wash it. Bed was abit hard and pillow was too soft and uncomfortable. Had breakfast on the 2nd day (9 Nov) of my stay. We were at the restaurant for 30mins discussing where to visit in Kyoto. These 2 middle aged staffs were staring at us for a while and one came to tell us to leave after having our breakfast. She cant speak english but from the hand sign, we knew she wanted us to leave. There was no one in the restaurant and it was only 9.30am. Spoilt our day.

This is very close to Kyoto station, 7-11 is just few steps away, just one stop to shin -osaka by JR line. The robots reception are very interesting, easy to check/in/out. There’s a luggage rack where you can lock and take the card with you if you wanna store your luggage before and after . The hotel room is very nice and clean.

Los recepcionistas muy especiales. Perdimos una tarjeta y nos dieron otra sin ningún problema ni coste. Tenía 3 habitaciones y solicité 1 de ellas con vistas a los trenes shinkansen. Al hacer el checkin, salió una persona para decirme qué habitación tenía las vistas solicitadas. La cercanía a la estación, para poder visitar bien temprano los sitios aprovechando la luz solar.

Que no hicieran la cama todos los días y que no hubiera masajeando de pies en nuestra habitación

チェックイン・チェックアウトがスムーズでした。 お値段にしては、お部屋・施設の設備が充実していたように思います。

とにかくエアコンからの風が臭かったです(；；) あとは脱衣所がないので、着替えやお風呂に入る時は気を使いました。

Der Self-checkin klappt reibungslos und ist dank der Dinos sogar etwas unterhaltsam. Das Hollywoodzimmer war einen Tick größer als üblich, alles sauber und Betten sehr fest aber bequem. WC, Dusche und Waschbecken sind getrennt voneinander was für Paare sicher gut sein kann. Ein Raucherbereich(Chen) ist im Freien direkt neben dem Hotel, ein Konbini auch keine 50m entfernt. Insgesamt ein sehr entspannter Aufenthalt.

Automatic check-in with dinosaur robots is pretty cool. If it failed, workers will come out to assist you. Workers are good at Chinese and Japanese, and they are very friendly.

A little too small for suitcase opening. I guess this is pretty normal in cities in Japan.
