We received a very warm welcome. Staff were exceptionally helpful with restaurant reservations, sight seeing and directions for taxi drivers when required. The pyjama's provided are a lovely touch.

Very clean and modern room. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location was between Nijo Castle and Nishiki Market so good base for walking to various places.

The room was clean, well equipped and location was close to main street. Staff was really helpful to us and assist me and my friend to book the restaurant.

The location was great and the numerous little restaurants and bars around the hotel meant you didn’t have far to go for food and drink. The rooms were of a decent size and very clean. The staff were all friendly, polite and helpful too.
The bed was large, however it was a little too soft for my liking.
