立地が良い。周辺にも美味しいレストランやスーパーがあって、朝食とかがなくても困らない。 スタッフは色々助けてくれます。 水圧、お湯は問題無く出ます。

繁華街で近くに音楽を演奏するレストランがあるので遅くまで結構騒がしいです。 部屋は小綺麗といった感じで古いけど綺麗にしてる感じ。クローゼットの立て付けが悪かった。 バスタブの掃除がきちんとされてないのか、髪の毛が何本か落ちているのが気になった。 初日に部屋に掃除をしてくださいのカードが無くて、そのまま出かけた。帰ってきたら部屋のドアの外にカードがぶら下げられていて勝手に「部屋に入らないでください」の表示になっていて、掃除がされていなかった。スタッフに言ったらタオルとバスマットはすぐ交換してくれたけど、どういうことでしょう？ 色んな人がフロント付近でたむろっていて、誰がホテルのスタッフが良く分からなかった…。 立地は良いが、朝食無しでこの設備だと少し高いかもしれません。 テレビは、テレビ番組は見られません。

The staff were excellent, incredibly helpful when my TV wasnt accepting my usb drive they swapped the TV for one that worked. They also took some laundry for me (only a few t-shirts) and I am fairly sure they waived the charge. Fairly well situated away from the noisy night life, but close enough for a cheap tuk tuk ride. Plenty of eating options and styles nearby (decent thai restaurant across the street). Local shopping places with a 5 minute walk (for the super markets, small shops and 7/11 types nearby)

Monster of a cockroach in my bathroom, came to a head when it hid in the face towel then jumped on my body. Furniture in the room was damaged, not a bid deal but you notice these things and it is the little touches that make the difference. Kettle and cups provided, but no spoon to stir with. Didnt replace toilet roll, ended up buying my own.

at first they gave me the room rate booking as i booked it but when i arrived at the hotel they charged me an additional 5$ for they said my booking stay is only 2 hours? or because i have another friend who will stay with me then they charge me again. Also the TV is not working properly. I also booked the hotel 2 months before my arrival, i told them my room i requested should be on the ground level not 2nd level, they assigned me on the 2nd floor.

Leaving

Rooms shabby, nothing worked, took 3 moves to get a habitable room. No lift, noisy building site across the road. Air conditioning old and noisy so couldn't sleep.

Nice room, comfortable, quiet. Good location. The staff is nice.

-The controller of the A/C didn't work well so they changed me into a different room. The A/C in that new room was very old and didn't cool down the room even at 18°. -I couldn't pay without my credit card so I had to withdraw US dollars which cost me an extra 5$. -The breakfast is very limited and expensive: 10$ US.

bed not very confortable (very rough), but was ok for a 2 nights stay. Fridge not working so I couldn’t refresh my water. Shower has low water pressure.

Clean, confortable, large room. Good wifi, AC. Nice welcome. Everything perfect.
