Impressive architecture, high ceilings, wooden beams, rustic elegance - comfortable and cozy - luxurious and pristine.

Dining room chairs slightly uncomfortable - yet stylish. Preferred the wooden bench.

I did not like that I had to spend an hour cleaning cob and spider webs from the walls and celings of the location. Killed multiple spiders in and on the beds walls cabinet and was bitten 3 times by others.

The bathroom fan was filthy. There were long black hairs in the shower and around the toilet. The kitchen counter was sticky under the lip. The deck hadn't been swept in a long time.

Jon was very helpful with any questions I had about the house and my stay there.

Too many stairs! I was not aware of the narrow, descending stairs from the parking deck down to get into the cabin. Carpet in main level bedrooms a bit stained and old? Windows needed washing- very dirty.

No AC, which was only an issue on our first day (a super hot day). It's usually not hot enough in Arrowhead to need it.

The home was decorated beautifully. It was fully stocked with all the luxuries of home. The ice maker on the fridge didn’t work but the owners were thoughtful enough to even provide a bag of ice! The view and overall location was peaceful and the neighbors were friendly.

There was no AC. I didn’t find that out until I arrived and read the informative notebook the owners had left. I was looking up how to turn it on since it was 91 outside and hot inside. Also there’s no access to lake arrowhead, which is private. I assumed it would be accessible to us since we rented the property but that was not the case.

Home was furnished with all our needs and will return
