The amenities, it has multiple things for each person: a large living room with vaulted ceilings, a fireplace and flat screen TV (we had a Super Bowl get away with a few friends). There’s a massive game room with many options, and the kids had a blast playing in the snow.

Nothing! Has double paned windows for temp control, a modern kitchen, and it’s very quiet.

The view of the lake is the ONLY good thing about this house.

NO internet!! Listed as having WiFi, but it did not work the entire trip! I reported it on Sunday and was rudely told by 'customer service' that they don't work for internet company so can't fix it. Called again on Monday and informed them that we would check out if internet was not fixed. Owner finally returned my call on Tuesday and said they can't send someone to fix until Thursday...checked out. I needed internet for work and our teenager needed it to prep for his upcoming AP exam...we would have never picked a house without internet! The house is dilapidated and dirty! Has the owner read these reviews or visited this place recently?? The pictures shown are NOT representative of the actual house :( The $1,500 we paid would have been better spent at a hotel. The balcony/deck is unusable! The floor feels like you'll fall through and the hand rails are not safe (loose and shaky). The balcony furniture in the pictures are there not there or unusable...the tables are not there! The chairs are missing most cushions! The hammock chair was laying down in pieces! The blinds in EVERY room are broken or missing, which gives no privacy and allows light in. The floors are squeaky and dirty. The carpets are thin and old...do not walk barefoot as there's staples/nails coming up in some spots. Everything in the kitchen was greasy and dirty...the kitchen was also not well equipped or organized. We had to dig through dirty cabinets/drawers to find things since everything was just thrown in. We got 1/4 roll of paper towel, ONE kitchen towel, and NO potholders/oven mitts. The stove is also missing a knob and the fridge was dirty inside. Bathrooms need major cleaning. Towels were old and stained (look like old rags to clean with). We also only got whatever toilet paper and toiletries were left by the previous guest, not new ones. Showers need to be staggered since the hot water is limited.

the house is very outdated… the blinds were missing you could see inside the house when they were closed. the dishes were dirty. The linen was not clean and smelled. pieces of the games were missing. it was only one tv the inside of the couches were dirty! I choose this house because of the pictures and it can be a very beautiful home if they update it! I was not pleased at all storm came and the house leaked! please listen to your guest if you want to continue to use this as an Airbnb. update your home!!

Beautiful house with a lots of space for everybody, comfortable beds, really nice neighborhood and gorgeous view. Game room! Lake Gregory to swim just 15 min away ) Great service and price

The kitchen, the living room and the game room is great.

The deck is not safe to stand. Some wood floors were loose and shaky. The landlord or owner must fix this problem due to the safety concerns.

Property was old and needs some TLC

Needed a lot of TLC. Some utilities did not work. Pillows were completely flat
