Staff do not speak English. Can not help in anyway or form. I stayed for 5 days, no room cleaning and no clean towels. There is no iron. How come ? It is a residence! I asked for one and they ignored me. There is no one there to talk to or ask for any help with anything.

No 3 bed room as stated. Open space for Futon room and no bedsheet at all. No comforter.

Not as described. Totally wrong. Pls reimburse me the difference of functions. Only two rooms.

spacious, complete facilities, good location

it’s location and the unit is ideal for group max 10. thou it says in the website , it can accommodate up to 16 pax

I am expecting a 3 bedroom property plus the living where you can use futon for additional place to sleep. it turn out- it’s only 2 bedroom- and the living area. it doesn’t describe well in the web site.

location was good, room size was nice, it had a kitchen and washing machine

the shower drain was dirty and so was the tub, there was never any staff at the front desk. The biggest problem was the outside door locks at 12AM and the hotel doesn’t tell you the code. luckily a family was inside and opened the door for me.

Excellent location in Susukino, so perfect to explore Sapporo.

Large rooms and space

Staff were hard to find and unwelcoming. Decor is ugly and brown.

Large space, good for multiple people or large family. One bathroom/shower and in addition one separate shower Two separate toilets. Matras & bed cover is good. Location is in Susukino adult entertainment district. Convenient for many restaurants even late at night. Walking distance to underground train & streetcar.

Indication was 3 separate bedrooms, which is not the case in our unit. It was 2 bedrooms. Indicate on the site that the bedroom had an en-suite, which is not the case. The second bedroom had open windows to the main hall (as in, you can look inside the bedroom), not comfortable if somebody wants to sleep early. Bathroom/shower area cannot be locked from inside. Not sufficient hangers/locations for clothes, jackets, towels, laundry to dry or simply hang. Nothing in the bedroom to store/hang any clothes. Location is in Susukino adult entertainment district. Weird to have a family apartment next to a "soapland" and other adult services. Not directly connected to any underground railway station, in winter/snow condition you pretty much have to take a taxi to get to the hotel as it is not walkable with luggage.
