Biggest room I've stayed in in Japan to date and comfortable too for a very reasonable price. Massive bathroom (very rare in Japan!). Cheap-ish coin laundry facility available. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location with two convenience stores right across the road and a range of restaurants, shops, Nakajima Park and subway Stations within short walking distance.

Great location within walking distance of a station aswell as good places to eat. Facilities were ok and it was good to be able to do our own washing.
Room was a little cold at times. It would have been nice to have the rooms heated during this cold weather.

The bedroom and bathroom were spacious. The location is also convenient to use public transportation or walk to the city center.

Staffs are very attentive. We also appreciative of their services
9.0
The location is only 7 mins. to the subway station. The room is spacious and enough for 2 people. Its worth the price and the staffs are warmth and very helpful. Also, the hotel area has lots of restaurants, convenience stores and entertainment which is within the walking distance. .
I guess they need to put more lighting outside the hotel because it looks gloomy and dark outside when you enter the lobby entrance. You can't see the sign of the hotel clearly. Hope they would install more lights especially at night and in winter time and for safety as well.

The room was fabulous, especially for the room rate. Three king size singles, a powder room and enormous bathroom were all a pleasant surprise. It was easy to get to the Sapporo Trains (ST) and streetcar, and only 2 stops to the centre.
The pillows weren't great, but they provided additional pillows when requested. We also couldn't figure out how to get English TV.
We prepaid for breakfast, which was ok, but they really need a bigger toaster - or more toasters. We also missed breakfast one morning because, even though it's available until 10, you can't go in after 9:30.

The price/quality is excellent. Immense rooms with a gigantic bathroom. Totally fit for 4 people. All details well thought. Definitely recommend to anyone staying in Sapporo!
