The apartment was clean and comfortable on check in. We'll secured. Showers are good. Beautiful pool and an easy walk to access the beach. There is fans in all rooms and the lounge and if that doesn't help, there is an aircon so that's good. Host was in contact the week I was going to check in to send instructions and also available when I had any questions or queries. Apartment is also well equipped with kitchen utensils.

The apartment is a corner apartment so little to no sea view(if that's what you want) unless you step outside and you will get a glimpse of it. Kitchen has alot of black ants in and around the sink area. If the host could maybe supply extra toilet paper, especially for females. Cleaning lady claimed that she cleaned, we had to ask her to come back to clean when we got back from town as we could still see not much was done. The extra bedding in the cupboards looked dirty Hosts to consider adding air freshners in the bathrooms or in the cleaning closest.

Perfect location, clean and comfortable with direct access to the sea. Views of pool area straight from the apartment.

Some of the guests weren’t particularly fond of people of colour but we ignored them and went about our holiday.

Unfortunately the flat is hidden in the corner of the property and one cannot see the sea.

The location is perfect. It is easy to locate and not far from all the entertainment in the Ballito area.Place is perfect for a quick family weekend getaway.

Location was close to the beach and shops. Didn't need to travel far to get what was needed.

Kitchen utilities/cutlery outdated and could be upgraded. Didn't feel comfortable using everything that was available. For example the Tupperware available had a smell to it and felt sticky. Glasses chiped. The door in main bedroom unable to lock.

Very close to beach and restaurants, apartment was very clean and tidy. Great facilities in the complex.

Comfortable, clean, good location

Cupboard doors in kitchen need attention. Put a sign that says only one person can shower at a time, otherwise nobody has hot water-geyser too small to accommodate 2 showering at same time. Put a loadshedding schedule up or just mention which area guests should look at on the ESP app

Close to beach, 2 bathrooms, safe complex

Not adequately kitted for the present loadshedding. Needs to equip with a gas stove. Couldn't find any matches or lighter to light candles. Would be ideal if you could add a few creature comforts for guests like coffee and cream for morning and some handwash soap in the bathroom
