This view is fantastic so refreshing. The suite furniture is really nice so modern and the beds are so comfortable.

The was no access of Wi-Fi

I liked the view from our suite the most

1. Agent, handling of booking wasnt smooth escpecially deposit and refund thereof. 2. There weather was a bit chilly, travelling with kids and not even additional blankets or heating in room travelling with kids it was a bit of a concern. 3. To ask for basic, i.e. toilet paper its not what i expected?

Agent should have played more active role since the facility staff dont perform certain aspect without their approvels.

1)the kitchen chairs are rusted... 2)the dusbin broken....no plastic inside 3)the iron....yoooo...I've never seen such disgusting iron 4)Plates chipped 5)center carpet dirty with stains 6)water coming through the sliding door's frame when it was raining 7)ceiling dripping water ... 8)no batteries in some remote controls...those that had .... batteries were rusted...(check the pics) 9)1key for 4 adults...like what the hell 10)bathroom with bathtub had a shower tap but no shower curtain 11)Parking was soooo filthy....they only cleaned it after we made a scene🚮 12)some plates were chipped 13)Calling flat 603 a penthouse is an insult to guests....lies....it is just a 2 bedroom flat that needs serious maintenance.

It’s like going to max security prison - going in/out. Totally unnecessary after filling in 7 pages when booking Sending IDs for everyone yet it took 30 mins to access Leaving similar experience. Stupid
