Not being informed, about what was on the premises. Accommodation,was poorly maintained. No instructions for operating equipment in the rooms, no rules of the premises. No map of facilities on the premises or where to find activities. No telephone, or WiFi or TV signal in the room.

The buffet breakfast and dinner were amazing. Now you don’t need to leave Zimbali to get a good meal

The bedrooms are carpets so there is a mouldy smell that doesn’t come out even if you open the doors and windows, my husband is asthmatic so that was a challenge. My kids shoes also got “lost” and no one knows anything about it

The property had a flea problem that has not been attended to. It was so bad that they were flying into food in the fridge and the fridge was loaded with hundreds of tiny fleas, we brought it to the attention of the cleaners who said this is a constant issue, The air conditioners were not working and I let them know. I was told someone would come through the next day to have a look. Someone came through and said it was not working. a second person came through and told us the same, which we obviously already knew. he then advised that they will have someone come in to sort it out. no one ever came through. I requested that we be moved to a unit with a fully functioning air conditioner - I was told that someone would come to fix it. poor service. cleaners came to the apartment at 3pm. the apartment itself was very dirty which was especially concerning as we had a toddler touching everything. absolutely not worth the money paid.

The flat 109 at zimbali suites was smelling very damp when we arrived and the curtains were mouldy. The curtains were removed and washed and rehung but very creased when put back. The smell only got better the next afternoon. We initially had a cot for our toddler but when we were out it was removed without our permission and nobody could get us the cot back despite numerous calls!!! So my husband spent the night on the hard floor as i had to keep the toddler in our bed which was too small to sleep the three of us. We also awoke to the kitchen infested with ants the next morning. The fridge even had ants!

the suits were clean, comfortable and luxurious. They lived up to the advertisement.

The suits frontline desk is not helpful at all. It overshadows the whole experience. You are told different things and they just make you extremely uncomfortable with their non caring attitude.
