This darling little home had everything we needed. It is very clean and in a fun neighborhood.
This is our second stay and I know we will be back.

We’ve stayed here twice and it’s our favorite place for a weekend in Portland. Centrally located in the Eastside neighborhoods and walking distance to innumerable shops and restaurants, plus several grocery stores. Unit is spacious, with a very well stocked kitchen and 2 full baths. We were able to entertain friends for dinner. Even though it’s an ADU, the layout is private and you feel like you have your own house. Recommended for anyone seeking a Portland getaway.

Kitchen is great for breakfast and small gatherings.
All the basics included.
New bathrooms. Comfortable bed.
Could use a few more mugs and a lighter weight blanket as an option.
Whole house fan vibration takes some getting used to.
Would absolutely stay there again.

We were in Portland for a 10 day trip to visit our son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter. We loved everything about this space and had a great experience! I would highly recommend to any traveler. Natalie was awesome to work with and quickly responded to questions.
The cottage was spotless and well appointed. There is a lot of natural light and the whole space felt open, bright and airy. We instantly felt comfortable and at home.
The king bed in the upstairs bedroom was super comfortable with plenty of pillows. We unpack when we travel and were delighted to have ample closet space and hangers. There were remote controls upstairs and downstairs that made it super easy to control the temperature. Natalie provided clear instructions in the cottage on how to use them. We loved having the washer/dryer available and it allowed us to pack much lighter than we normally would have. It was just the two of us but it was still really great to have two very nice bathrooms. My husband took the upstairs bathroom and I set myself up in the downstairs bathroom. One of my favorite things about the cottage was the heated bathroom floors. Such a treat!
We visited in early November and had some cold and rainy days so we were not outdoors as much as we would have liked but the cottage is in a really great location for walking to restaurants and shops. We rented a car for this trip and had no trouble parking on the street right in front of the house.
I worked remotely the second week we were there and the fiber optic high speed internet was reliable and plenty fast.

This property did not disappoint. Not only was the property of beautiful architecture and design, but the host has done hospitality the right way for renters. The amenities with all the necessities.

This rental was perfect for us: walkable neighborhood with many choices for coffee shops, restaurants and access to western Portland as well. The house was clean, we could always find a parking spot right in front and a perfect size for the two of us. Highly recommend this little gem in Portland.

My husband and I loved our stay. It was, by far, our best away from home stay. The home was so spacious, well thought out and planned, loved the two walk-in showers, large bedroom, and very large kitchen. Absolutely beautiful home and so many amenities!!

If you’re tempted by this one, snag it! Immaculate, very cool interior, super comfortable and such a great neighborhood. Rode City Bikes all over town. Property owners super responsive, but not intrusive. Really, the pictures say it all.

Lovely Guesthouse

Great location and clean home!
We absolutely adore the Hawthorne/Division area and this home was perfectly located between the two lively streets, just a block and a half away from yummy restaurants and cute shops.
The home is immaculate and seems much more roomy than the pics even portray. We enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again!

Great locations
Well designed and well stocked property. Fabulous location. Parking is easy (I was worried about that). Easy communication with host. There are a few small things that need to be looked at. The upstairs shower drains slowly, which results in a dangerously slippery shower floor. It's amazingly quiet, but something beeps episodically. It was driving my husband and daughter crazy, but I couldn't hear it. The knob on the downstairs shower is loose and falls off. Otherwise, perfect.

House was nice and very clean. Close to many good restaurants and shops. The freezer didn’t work during our stay and the property manager tied to help by providing a cooler and ice, loved having the large washer and dryer.

Great location - both quiet and close to shops and restaurants for teens who like to explore. The stairs are a little steep but it helped make the upstairs feel more private from the main floor for those who are sharing spaces. Lovely open space for shared meals and ample street parking!

The home is in a great location and is very charming. The space was utilized well in such a small home. We had a great stay and were within walking distance to all the activities we were interested in. Our only complaint is that the downstairs bathroom was not clean. It seems like this was probably an oversight since the rest of the home was clean. All and all, we would recommend this property.

Fantastic trip.
What a great spot to stay for our week in Portland. The house is located a walkable distance between two active neighborhoods with several restaurants, coffee shops, and shops to explore. There was a grocery store down the street that we walked to but also had plenty of parking if you wanted to drive there. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. I only had to reach out to the host twice and she responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Portland

This house is in a great location, walkable to a park, food, or just around the neighborhood to enjoy all of the flowering plants. Kitchen has everything you need. Loved having a washer/dryer when traveling with an infant! And the bed was very comfortable. Thanks, Natalie, for providing such a relaxing place to stay!

Beautiful Design
We enjoyed our stay at this beautifully designed property. Everything was well appointed and very clean (except for a couple of pots in the kitchen...). The entire place stayed very cool as well. It was in the 80's during our trip, but we couldn't tell as the inside of the property was very comfortable and cool.
A couple of things to note:
- The area is very dark at night and the property is also dark at the entrance (no outside light at the door).
- We only had issues parking one evening, the rest of the time we were able to park in front of the property.
- There is a house fan in the upstairs bathroom next to the bedroom that runs constantly, so if you are a light sleeper, this may be an issue.
- There is only one small TV downstairs, having one in the upstairs bedroom would have been nice.
- Instructions for the Oven and Dishwasher would have been good to have as they are of European design and are not inherently easy to understand.
- The washing machine and dryer were awesome and we really appreciated the free & clear laundry detergent!!!
As far as communication, Natalie was awesome and very nice to work with. Instantly responded back to me on all things!
Overall a great place to stay in Portland!
