Nous avons reçu que la moitié des codes d'accès aussi il était difficile d'accéder à l'appartement. Nous avons dérangé un voisin.

The apartment was updated, clean, and had lots of thoughtful extras included such as coffee and tea with condiments, and even a Nespresso machine. She even included a shower gel dispenser and detergent pods for the washer (which unfortunately I didn’t discover until the end of the trip- my fault!). It was very spacious and comfortable for our family of 4 (which included 2 teenage girls). The location in Triana was easily walkable to the city center, and there were literally hundreds of cafes, bars, and tapas restaurants within walking distance. We were overwhelmed with the selections. The Triana Market was next door and had some great options for tapas, fresh fruit and vegetables, and pastries. The best part was Eva, who was so extremely helpful leading up to our trip- she provided recommendations for restaurants, booked a flamenco show for us, and even set up transport from the train station.

There was a pretty strong sewage smell upon entering the apartment. Fortunately it wasn’t strong in our 2nd floor apartment.

Absolutamente precioso! Impoluto en limpieza, bien equipado y súper nuevo. La cama mega cómoda descansamos de maravilla, situado perfecto en una zona tranquila pero al lado del centro del barrio de Triana y a 15 min andando de la catedral. Eva es un absoluto encanto!! súper pendiente de todo y siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos con cualquier sugerencia, da gusto la gente buena!! Recomendado 100%, repetiremos!

Ubicación excelente y depto muy confortable

The apartment was lovely and comfortable with beautiful french door windows. It is central with a 10 min walk from the airport bus, next to Triana market, and a 20-30 min walk from most tourism sites. The apartment is also by the bridge which you can see beautiful sunsets every night of the city view. Eva was amazing to communicate with and provided so many awesome food and entertainment recommendations which really enhanced my stay. There is also a burnt basque cheesecake shop next door that was delicious! I would definitely stay here again.

I did reach out to Eva before I arrived as I had not gotten my booking details, but she followed up quickly and was very helpful and accommodating.
