The location is convenient for short trip to JB from sg

The sofa is uncomfortable to sit on. And is very used and looked old. There's no bidet in the unit

Difficult to find parking, there is no water filter in the room and leaking in front of the 2 bedroom floor

The apartment very comfortable and suitable for the whole family. And also have a nice view. It also easy to access the self check in and the parking. Very recommended and will repeat again in other vacation. Thank you.

1) cockroach in the main bathroom 2) stinky smell from sewer in the bathroom all times during our stay 3) dark spots in the bathroom 4) unclean and sticky floor 5) stains on wall 6) air conditioner of living room not working, electric trip when all air conditioners were switched on 7) house on 8th floor without views (facing another block) 8) Customer service no react on issues feedback

Very good value for money and good security.

Place wasnt the cleanest but still acceptable. Very noisy during weekends as cars can be heard near the causeway horning.

It has a seaview toward Singapore and very high so you have a very nice view, strong wind couple times and i like the apartment door security system.

I can t use properly the kitchen utilities, drying racks outside at the balcony and it only provide small sofa so its not really a sofa bed to me.

The host sent us a guide on how to collect the key card. It was very helpful.

huge place, very central although quiet a walk to city sq. staff are responsive.

r&f mall is so empty with lesser choices, a little hiccup when the keycard is not avail in the mailbox so have to wait to send staff to give the new keycard. couch and beddings has stains which quiet uncomfy to use - wifi in 3rd room are super weak. there’s instruction to make sure to clean the utensils after use but the dishwashing container is empty.
